The well-appointed kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to whip up delicious family meals. On chilly evenings, gather around the cozy fireplace in the living room or enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV in the family room, complete with cable.
The primary bedroom offers a luxurious King-sized bed, a spacious double closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub-shower combo. All your essentials, from linens and towels to toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), are provided for your convenience. Step outside through the primary bedroom's doors onto the deck, where you'll find a soothing hot tub waiting for you.
Down the hall, you'll discover two additional well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom #2 boasts a comfortable Queen-sized bed, a dresser, and ample closet space, while Bedroom #3 features a cozy full-sized bed, a dresser, and a closet. Each bed is adorned with a plush comforter, soft duvet, four pillows, and luxurious sheets.
A laundry area off the hallway ensures you have access to all your washing needs, with laundry soap provided. The shared bathroom nearby offers a shower-tub combo, toilet, and sink.
Please note that while the home offers outdoor parking, there is no garage access for guests.
Pet lovers, rejoice! This home welcomes one dog weighing under 50 pounds with a pet fee. However, dogs must not be left unattended and must stay in a crate. An additional pet fee of $35 per night will be applied to your reservation. Airbnb guests bringing an approved dog will receive a special payment request for any nights beyond the one-night fee. The full pet fee must be paid before your arrival, and we kindly request that dogs refrain from using furniture or beds. Written approval from MVP Vacation Homes is required for your furry friend to stay, and we regretfully cannot accommodate pit bulls, rottweilers, or doberman breeds. Regrettably, no cats are allowed.
For your Airbnb bookings, please note that our fees include a cleaning and linen fee, as well as a damage protection waiver, combined into a single "cleaning fee." The cleaning and linen fee of $175.00 covers post-stay cleaning and provides fresh linens and towels, while the $55.00 damage protection plan safeguards against non-normal wear and tear damage. If you are bringing pets to a pet-friendly property, please notify management in advance. For properties that are not pet-friendly, no pets are allowed under any circumstances.
