This 5 Bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation. The kitchen has all new appliances, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware utensils, stove top and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washer and dryer.

Bedroom #5: One Bunker bed (Full + Twin) + One Twin size bed;

Laundry: washer and dryer.

Seven days before your arrival, we’ll send the voucher with instructions for check-in.
The vacation homes are all self-catering. This means that it is your responsibility to carry all the supplies that you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, beverages, etc.

House Rules
DO NOT SMOKE - very strict non-smoking policy. INFRACTIONS $500 fine. We allow you to smoke outside the house, with doors and windows closed, no cigarette or odor must be present in the house, otherwise, you will be charged the fine.
PETS and PARTIES are not allowed.
It is not allowed, under any hypothesis, the use of charcoal BBQ. Subject to fine.

Extras - Only if requested
Pool Heater fee: $30/night (minimum 5 nights);
BBQ fee: $70 for the entire stay - this amount includes cleaning the barbecue after the check-out. I DO NOT PROVIDE FULL PROPANE GAS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REFILLING THE GAS IF YOU WANT TO USE IT.

The resort charges a fee to use the amenities:
1-12 guests - $35 for the whole stay.
This fee must be paid directly to the resort if you want to use the amenities.
