We've rented a lot of VRBOs and this one was probably the most well stocked with the "little stuff" of any we've rented - beach chairs, pool floats, cart and cooler, lots of cookware, utensils, and garbage bags, etc. The location is ideal if you don't want to deal with the high-rise casinos up the beach - can always get a pool chair or front row at the beach, and we were here over Xmas. Quiet and not overcrowded at the pool or across the street at Eagle beach. Being able to walk directly out of the unit to the pool area is a big bonus and parking for the unit is covered, assigned and 10 steps from the unit. Was a little worried at first because Mario was on the slower side responding before check-in and we didn't get our instructions until 24 hours before. A bit concerned because I was traveling alone with our youngest daughter for the first time to the Island with my husband and other two daughters to follow a day later. Once we were on site everything was answered immediately and attended to quickly with Mario showing me around. He also checked in on occasion to make sure we were happy with everything. He also provided some great recommendations / tips for us and our young adult daughters who were looking to go out at night on their own. The complex itself is very secure; my daughter left her wallet in the game room and the cleaning crew found it and came to our unit to inform us. We had an amazing time there. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
