We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. Our two teenage boys each had their own bedrooms and a private bathroom, which was perfect for our family. The master suite was a relaxing retreat, and the large tub was such a treat after long days at Hershey Park. Overall, it was the ideal place to come back to and unwind—we’d definitely stay here again!

What a great property! There were four of us. We had plenty of room and the place was squeaky clean. Beds very comfortable and firm. Mariann has put a lot of thought into decorating the place and you’ll find everything you need. Not the nicest immediate surroundings and while it is a manufactured home, I think it is by far the nicest looking one I have ever been in! Roomy comfortable well decorated. We would stay here again.

The check-in was pretty simple by using the keyless entryThe house was Fantastic and was everything we expected. The house was spacious and accommodated our family of five adults and a toddler. The air conditioning was like the best. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

The house was great we had great Air conditioning, the house was very clean. The communication was great and the owmers w Pete and Mariam were so so nice and very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

We appreciated your hospitality. The home was clean but not enough towels. The shower head in guest bathroom barely sprayed a decent stream. The beds were very hard. Our backs were all hurting when we left.The reason we came was to visit Hershey park. We were under the impression that we would be closer. It was 30min away. Also we could smell chicken poop the whole time as the property also had a chicken coop. The neighbors that are literally 5 ft away were arguing on the porch most days and used foul language. We have a 6 yr old. So we felt very awkward.

Good price! Cheaper than hotel with more room and privacy of 3 bedrooms! Had everything we needed!

I wanted to have a quiet place to sleep for two nights with my family’s little getaway! Had everything we needed and more! Nice quiet area with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Will definitely look for this rental if ever in the area again. Check in was simple and so was the experience! Loved the coffee pot and clean simple decor. We did bring a smart tv for our bedroom as we enjoy having that but that wasn’t difficult to bring with us.

Highly recommended rental

It was the nicest rental we have stayed in. It was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. It had the cutest area with toys and books for children with a reading nook! We didn’t use it, but there was a very nice grill on the porch. There were two tvs. The neighbors were friendly. It was centrally located for Sight and Sound, quilt shopping, Hershey park, restaurants, and local attractions.

Great place for a family!

Clean, cozy and spacey home away from home

This home was very clean, comfortable and the temperature was always perfect. It being 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a nice big bath tub in the master bedroom bathroom was perfect for our family. Having two teen girls that enjoy their own space while also enjoy watching movies together with the family, this was exactly what we needed. The location is near a beautiful Main Street with cute and delicious coffee houses with great food, pastries and drinks. We love coffee and tea so we tried a different place each day. The only reason the location in itself didn’t get 5 stars is because right where the house is can feel sketchy to some people. We loved it, but it is like a large lot with a few houses in the middle. But it was safe and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Oh! And if you’re lucky, you might see two huge white adorable rabbits roaming near the property.

We stayed for a wedding in Hershey. It had everything we needed. The owners were really great. I had my 2 year old granddaughter who lived the bunnies and chickens out back. It was a little remote and a little far going into Hershey but it worked for us.

Quaint, cozy stay

This property was perfect for myself and my sister. We traveled to Elizabethtown to see a comedian, but wanted to make a long weekend out of the trip. This home was so quaint, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed in the kitchen for making meals. We loved the French press and enjoyed the sitting room. We watched movies after logging into our streaming channels on the living room TV and also relaxed at the kitchen table after breakfast. The showers were great, perfect water pressure, and we appreciated the provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels and blankets. We traveled around the area and really enjoyed stopping at the Grandview Winery as well, so we highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again, and Marian made sure to check in on us and offer anything else we needed. Wonderful trip, great memories and superb home!!

2 yr old loved the yard and seeing the neighbors bunnies and chickens

The place was perfect! There are toys for young kids and games for older ones. The pack and play was available with an extra thick mattress and my 5yr. granddaughter loved the reading nook. Have a great time. And the ice cream and candy stores in the town of elizabethtown were fabulous

Clean, but loud and little privacy

Property clean and tastefully decorated as pictured. Nicely furnished and well-supplied. Owner was responsive to a small problem left by previous guest. Unfortunately despite these positives I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to others. What the pictures will not tell you is that this house is built very close to a busy road and it is a modular build, which means there is no soundproofing to speak of. The result was that traffic noise made a good night's sleep near impossible. I think the homeowners are aware of this problem, as they have provided a white noise machine for personal use. It took me two nights of horrible sleep to discover that by sleeping in the back room with the noise machine on the loudest setting, I was just about able to get a full night's sleep. This house has been built at a right angle nearly abutting the neighboring house. This meant that privacy was in short supply. The two houses share a small backyard and the male homeowner was outside most of the day. I felt like our movements to and from the property were being closely observed and the inside of the rental may have been visible as well when the blinds were open. We weren't doing anything that needed to be hidden, but this just isn't the experience I am used to when renting from VRBO. I really hate giving poor ratings and I am sorry to do it. But I feel like others should know what type of experience they will be getting when renting.

Nice Rental Property

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. There was ample room for 5 adults and it was a plus to have to different rooms for watching TV. The rental was also located out of town a little bit which was nice. TJ Rockwell's restaurant was a wonderful place to eat and would highly recommend it for any who visit the area. The home was well appointed and a great rental overall.
