Kitchen is not fully stocked with basic cooking items, no kitchen towels, beds had only bottom sheet & a comforter, no top sheet.Was nice to have a pack & play and some toys.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOST! I booked this property for 8 days. It had multiple issues including clogged sink and broken toilet, but nothing compared to the SAFETY HAZARD when their outlet started sparking out of control! If I wasn’t there or was asleep, there would have been an electrical fire! See pic of burned outlet! Fearing for my safety I moved out of the property and requested a refund. Hosts fought me on it, saying they’ll just “shut off the breaker”. That shut off power to half the property! A rental needs to provide safe and reliable electricity! Hosts AGREED to adjust my stay and refund the 5 days I didn’t stay on a recorded call with VRBO. Then they proceeded charge me the price of an 8 night stay for only staying 3 nights!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Burned outlet that started sparking!

Perfect location and very nice home

This property was very nice very well decorated included. Everything we needed for a one week stay there are a lot of nice little extra touches that just made the house feel very Homie and comfortable. The only two things I would change about the listing is that there is no hot tub and the listing says there is number two. It says it’s wheelchair accessible for the most part. It was my husband‘s in a wheelchair, but there was a walk-in shower roll in shower he could use, but the door to that bathroom isn’t wide enough for a wheelchair. We managed it just fine but just advice to anyone who is booking this property in a wheelchair. You just might need to think about that ahead of time. Really great experience no issues. Very nice place.

Just ok...

So the communication was good leading up to the stay. The kitchen and baths could use some updating and stocking of basic items or freshening the ones that are there. There were NO dish towels, about 5 plates, very few items in the kitchen to make a meal. There were NO washcloths, one hand towel a about 5 bath towel for our 3 night stay. When we arrived the dishes were in the dishwasher - still dirty. There were NO extra blankets, sheets, etc. Also, it is on a busy road. It is a quirky place - with couple endearing qualities - fenced in property and mostly hard wood floors.

Cousin reunion!

Great location, comfy beds, cute house and thank goodness AC worked well as it was over 100 degrees every day we were there! The clawfoot tub needs a new showerhead and face & hand towels for all 5 of us would have been nice. House was clean but we had to wash dishes before using them. Check in and check out was simple, and the hostess was great, she responded promptly to all our questions. We would stay here again.

Weekend stay

I gave this vacation rental 3 stars because of the state the rental is in and a dirty kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the street noise was not disturbing at all. The owner was quick to respond and quick with solving our problems. The 3 stars is because both bathroom showers need attention. The kitchen is not stocked with needs to cook so do not plan on Cooking any meals. The refrigerator is missing all kinds of parts. The temperature control for the unit continues to run even though we turned it off. The back unit is actually Connected to the front unit. Out of the three bedrooms there are bedside table lamp in only 1 room. Make note there is only 1 TV which looses WIFI everyday and you need to reconnect it. The kitchen sink has no water pressure. Parking any type of vehicle larger than a compact car is very difficult. I am sorry to the owner that I stated these things but I only feel it is fair to let others know so they can make a proper decision.

Livermore stay

Location was great, loved the property. The only downside was parking. There is a very small narrow parking spot that was difficult to maneuver for my handicapped mother. There is street parking, but it was full our entire stay.

Easy walk to downtown Livermore. Good place for friends with bedrooms separated and both bathrooms accessible to all. Very comfortable queen beds.

Great home in Livermore wine country

We had a very nice stay in Livermore. The location was convenient to everything: the downtown farmers market; wineries within walking distance; and an easy drive to Pleasanton or the Oakland airport. We would definitely stay again!

Quick weekend trip

We came to town for a graduation and the location of the rental was perfect walking distance to downtown. We had a very nice time. The house was clean and well taken care of.

Older repurposed home. Most new utilities and appliances which worked. A few items could have been completed like hangers in the bathroom, light in the fridge, space for clothing other than closet in bedroom. Privacy was excellent; heating and cooling was fine, Very satisfied.

The house was fine, but is somewhat misrepresented. I thought that having a tenant in the back of the house should be disclosed, and that the yard is to be shared with that tenant. It wasn’t a problem, but it could be…but overall we had a nice time.

Just ok

The house is OK. Not the cleanest and the furniture (beds, pillows, sofa) were not comfortable, but it's a short term rental so I understand. It is walking distance to downtown Livermore which is great, but the house itself is on a busy street which is annoying and made parking hard. There's technically parking on the property but the spots are very difficult to pull in and out of. We did have to contact the host because the keypad on the front door stopped working.. so we got locked out. They did respond but ultimately were not super helpful. We ended up climbing in through the window and leaving the doors unlocked the rest of the time. We made it work but would probably not stay here again.
