You couldn't choose a better vacation location for your group of up to 12. Here, you're a mere six-minute walk away from sandy South Village Beach on Nantucket Sound. Or drive only three minutes to the larger West Dennis Beach. It takes even less time to walk out to the back yard and jump in the heated, in-ground pool.

Looking forward to some great restaurant options nearby? A few minutes' drive in either direction on Main Street (Route 28) and you can take your pick. You can ride bikes or drive two minutes to the Kream 'n Kone, famous for their fat, juicy fried clams and other seafood delicacies. In the mood for mini golf? Holiday Hill Mini Golf is a quick, four-minute drive from your door.

Your outdoor summer living experience at this home will long be remembered fondly. The house has two open decks. The gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower live on the larger rear deck that stretches the entire width of the house. Dining al fresco is easy for the whole group, since the oversized deck has a picnic table plus two patio tables and plenty of chairs.

Inside the house, you'll appreciate the fully equipped, recently renovated kitchen with its granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has a vaulted ceiling with a skylight, adding to the pleasant sense of space and light. The large peninsula counter has high boy seating for eight along with the dining area, provides ample space for your group inside too.

There's a good sized living room with a wall-mounted smart TV.

Sleeping accommodations include four large bedrooms. On the main level, you have a primary bedroom with a private full bath, as well as another king bedroom that also provides two twins.

The upper level has two bedrooms, one is another primary suite with a king size bed and private full bath. The final oversized bedroom offers not one but two king size beds, as well as a pair of twins. In all, the home has four full baths.

The home is fully air conditioned, using split units for more customized climate control, including a unit in each of the four bedrooms. There are four more strategically placed throughout the house. There's smart/cable TV as well as high speed Wi-Fi.

The lower level of the home is a finished family room/game room loaded with a variety of diversions sure to keep kids of all ages engaged and happy. The basement offers another TV watching area and a custom bar that will provide additional seating.
