The property is very nice and comfortable. We strongly recommend this place. The kitchen is where we hung out the most since it is so large and inviting. There are stairs into the place with no hand rails but the front steps are easily managed given their depth and size and you can come in thru the basement door and use the handrail on the inside stairs. It was not a problem for my damaged knees.

Great house, clean and spacious. Host quite easy to communicate with. Great sunset views. Hope to stay again sometime. Weather wasn’t ideal but we still were able to enjoy all the amenities of this modern home. Kitchen is great for those wanting to cook meals at home and a very nice grill.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We had a group of 9 and we never felt crowded at all. A few of our favorite things:-Gigantic kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you need, and lots of empty cabinet space to unpack your groceries. Also has an ice maker that makes the delicious crunchy ice -So many spots to hang out all around the house and property-We had four kids in our group that went to bed before the adults. The huge kitchen and seating area is located far enough away that we never felt like we needed to be quiet.-Separate suite in the basement was great for the in laws to get away from the chaos of the kids.-Close to all our favorite spots in Dennis and the beach-So clean and nicely decorated with lots of space to unpack all our clothes and toiletries-Plenty of easily accessible outlets for chargers, nightlights, speakers, etc.-Host was very communicative all week, answering any questions we had right away. We will be booking again for next summer! Thank you Joe for a wonderful stay.

Overall my experience was a good one. I didn’t give 5 stars Accross the board due to several items that were a miss for us. The outside shower had a leak which had a constant drip of water that had caused algae to form everywhere. So we didn’t use that. The propane tanks were empty so grilling my first night wasn’t happening until I went and got propane. The game room in the description wasn’t something I found unless it’s referring to the very upstairs that had no AC and therefore was unusable. I also feel a house this size needs a bigger or second fridge. The wine fridge downstairs and upstairs wasn’t working. On a positive note, there were beach chairs to use but would have been good to know so I don’t bring all of mine. And the house was newly renovated.

Everything about this house is inviting and perfect for a large group -- from the fully stocked kitchen area to the multiple gathering areas and relaxing bedrooms -- the owners provide everything you'll need for a comfortable vacation. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful house with a great location. House is large with plenty of room for the family to spread out and enjoy. Family really enjoyed the week here and would definitely come back again.

This large home worked perfectly for our family gathering. We each had our own private space to enjoy. It was close to the beach, and the area has many places to eat and things to do.

Family Reunion

The house was spacious and beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was amazing-- totally stocked with everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

This house was great for a larger family! We had 9 people and each group had their own space and was still able to spend a ton of time together. They had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to borrow and it was just the most idyllic house! They were very responsive, communicative and helpful would definitely come back!

Stay for a wedding

Highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. We were there for a family wedding and facets of the home were top notch with plenty of room for everyone. Joe was great to work with.

Fabulous property!

The house is absolutely stunning, and well appointed. Plenty of space to spread out, or be all together. Great proximity to beaches, restaurants and a darling market in the city of Dennis. Would definitely book this house again when we come to the Cape.

Everything was perfect!

Joe is a fantastic host and he spared no detail in the design of the home. If you think the photos of the property look great, know that it’s even better in person. Location is quiet and private and centrally located on the Cape.

Dennis getaway

We spent week away at the Cape at this wonderful location. Everything was very clean. It is less than 10min from Mayflower beach. Trash pickup happened early and on the expected days. Definitely will visit again.

Highly recommend

We visited with our friends - in total we had 4 kids ranging in age from 22 months to 9 years old. The house was perfect; plenty of space for everyone. Great entertainment space both inside and out. The house was very clean and the hosts were fantastic! Cannot recommend this enough.

Wonderful!

We stayed her for a week for a family wedding. This property surpassed all of our expectations and was perfect! It had more than enough room for large gatherings and to host guests overnight. The owner was very responsive to questions within minutes,even bringing us an ironing board immediately when needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who would like a lovely place to stay with a group. We loved it!

Great House!!

We had a great stay at Scargo Vista!! We had a group of 8 adults with 3 small children with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is a highlight of the house - fully stocked (even had martini AND margarita glasses), dining for 10, gas fireplace and spacious. The bedrooms were clean, beautifully decorated and had comfortable beds. The grounds were beautiful, including a firepit and the location had a view of the ocean (binoculars provided!) and was close to Dennis center. I would highly recommend a stay at Scargo Vista and look forward to returning soon!

Top Notch Rental

Where does one begin, this house is just top notch! You walk in and and your vacation begins. The house has all the amenities and more; so comfortable and serene. Joe, was amazing, when something came up or you had questions, he was there. Truly, I can't say enough about this home and Joe. If you're looking for a place to relax and vacation with your family . This is the house to rent.
