Check in and communication was great and the unit was clean. That said, the shower head filter barely lets any water through, the sink drains very slowly, and the TV is so small that I had to get up from bed to get closer to read the onscreen menus. I did share the feedback with the host and was told they'd check out the maintenance items. The amenities like the pool and huge hot tub over at the rec center were great. Parking and access was also easy. It was a good stay. BTW, rec center has locker rooms with showers that have water pressure.

This property was just what we needed.A nice clean place to lay our head and change our clothes. We made a meal in the kitchen which was a very tiny kitchen but it's all you need.

Weekend, golf trip

Overall, the room was nice clean and worked well for my needs. One major issue I feel is the TV is inadequate and small and the Wi-Fi network speed is very poor saying that though accessing the room and the room itself and the bathroom was very clean and would recommend, staying there.

The water stinks

The process was simple. Alana communicated well until my last day it took her 9 hours to respond and then she blamed me for not keeping her up to date. The water smells like rotten eggs.

The place was small which was not a problem for me as I was only there for a week on business so I was not spending much time there. The internet was almost non-existent (but is supposed to be good according to the owner). The worst part is that when I woke up in the morning and went to take a shower, the water smelled extremely bad like ROTTEN EGGS. When I contacted the owner they said that is normal for the property and there was nothing they could do. I expect at least electricity and potable water when I rent a place, so I told them I wanted a refund for the remainder of the week and checked out. I was told that they would provide a refund according to their policy. I asked several times over the next few weeks for an update on the refund but the owner never reached back out with any information. I called VRBO 5 times and each time they said some form of they are trying to get ahold of the host and then on 2 different occasions said that the host had agreed that it was not acceptable and they would refund the money within 48 hours. I still have not seen the money and its been over a month. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SMELL LIKE SEWAGE AFTER GETTING A SHOWER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also do not expect the host to be responsive on anything. Extremely TERRIBLE customer experience, TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE host, and completely unbelievable that someone can rent something that is unfit to rent and then not return your money when there is an issue.

It was very clean and appealing as we opened the door. The only issues were I didn't realize it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator which was difficult for my Mom. The bathroom sink needs to be unblocked

Clean and Quiet

This studio was both beautiful and spotless in a peaceful community in a natural setting. Well supplied with amenities, thick towels, cooking utensils, etc. The bed was plush and anyone who loves a soft bed will be thrilled. Internet service a bit slow.

Double booked?

After a couple of messages to the owner, to which I never received a response, we got there and the 'access your rental' email didn't have any checkin instructions, then messaging and calling the owner only got a 'sorry, system problem; double booked' from them. They seemed to have gotten the earlier msgs, so they couldn't tell it was from a different addr?? Not to happy with that performance.
