Dream home!

This home is an amazing place to make memories. The theater system is incredible, the place house/slide is such a unique feature, and the master suite is a perfect place to pamper. I highly recommend this home and location!

Fantastic Stay!!

This home is absolutely wonderful! Plenty of room for everyone. All the amenities of home. Our 2 year old twin granddaughters loved the playroom, especially crawling through the castle! A lot of beautiful long lasting memories were made this week.

Family Reunion Fun

Incredible property for getting together with family! They have SO many toys, games and books for keeping kids entertained. My two year old was in heaven there. The movie room and hot tub are both epic for the older crowd and we loved using the kitchen for cooking. The Master suite is luxurious! Highly recommend.

Spectacular House

This is an incredible house with lovely decor and extremely comfortable furnishings. So much space to enjoy a large family gathering both inside and outside. So many nice touches and comforts are thought of and included. It was so convenient to many nearby locations yet surrounded by incredible mountain views. Ria was lovely to work with and always got back to me quickly to answer any and all questions. The kids castle and slide in the basement was a huge hit, as were all of the toys and of course the big screen projector theater area with two tiered seating. I would highly recommend this house, it’s a winner!

Perfect Home Away From Home

Beautiful home! Large & spacious. Well stocked. Many amenities. Host was very responsive & easy to work with and was very accommodating of our needs. I can’t say enough about the home. Very comfortable furnishings. Outdoor space was so nice. We utilized all- the jacuzzi, fire pit, yard, & BBQ! The views are to die for! We were there for my daughter’s wedding, so we never had time to enjoy the movie theater, but wish we had. I highly recommend the home & Ria! You can’t go wrong in this beautiful home’

Family Reunion

The house is very nice. The kids loved the basement and the castle. Lots of room for visiting and hanging out. The kitchen is large but the appliances are old. Some of the knobs and markings on the stove and oven are missing so it’s a guessing game at first. The Lower oven tends to burn on the bottom rack and the upper oven doesn’t keep the temperature correctly. The kitchen could use more and better cooking and serving dishes. Also, this home sleeps 9 people in beds and a crib for a baby. We had to sleep 1 of our guests on the floor since there weren’t enough beds for ten kids/adults. Over all a really nice place but pretty pricey for not having some of the things i mentioned. We did enjoy our stay. The hot tub was great.

Fantastic! Perfect for large families with children!

My wife and I live out of state, but we have several children and two grandtwins who reside in Utah. In December, we needed a larger place to gather our children and two grandkids for the Christmas holiday, and we selected this home for its ample space and sleeping capacity. It was perfect for our needs. It is a lovely, well-appointed home in a peaceful and picturesque neighborhood. There was more than enough room for 7 adults and 2 small grandkids to sleep comfortably, but the living areas are what sets this home apart. The basement theater room (with stadium seating), kitchenette and a built-in playroom with a two-level castle was perfect for our mix of people. The upper living areas and kitchen are wide open and easily accommodated holiday meals and Christmas morning activities. The home even comes with child gates for the several staircases. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would look to return another year. We also found the host to be very friendly, responsive and accommodating to our requests.
