This is a quiet neighborhood and about a 5 and half minute walk to the beach.
*Stove/Oven is electric and the AC/Heater and appliances are electric, no gas. Thus no carbon monoxide detector.

This home is part of a duplex. Unit A is rented to a long-term tenant, and Unit B (the back unit with the backyard space) is the White Sand Getaway vacation apartment experience.

Since this is a home a couple of blocks from the beach, sometimes it is possible to drag sand into the unit from outside. Please keep this in mind and we recommend an extra pair of sandals for inside the home, as this makes some guests more comfortable.

The beach is not part of the property. This is a public beach and no life guards are on duty at the beach closets to the property. You and all members of your party enter the beach, ocean and adjacent areas at your sole risk and peril. No lifeguards or trained rescue personnel are on duty. You take full responsibility for the supervision of children and guests at all times.

By entering these premises you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners and hosts with respect to any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, or connected with your use of these premises and any injury or death resulting to you or any member of your party.
