☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆

Enjoy restful nights across six beautifully decorated bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort. All of the rooms feature beautiful wooden furniture and nature-inspired decor that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Fresh towels, Ginger Lily Farms toiletries, and hair dryers are provided for your convenience.

On the main floor:
* You’ll find the primary bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom contains a double vanity and both a standing shower and a jacuzzi tub so you can choose between a luxurious soak or a refreshing shower.

*The second bedroom on the main level is perfect for the kids in your group, with a unique twin-over-twin bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the lower level:
* There is one bedroom downstairs with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a stone electric fireplace and a private bathroom with a standing shower.
* Home theater and laundry facility are on this level.
* There’s a half bath on both the main level and downstairs to cater to the common areas.

On the upper level:
*The remaining three bedrooms are on the upper level. The first of these is the perfect slumber party room, with two twin beds, two full beds, and two custom-built queen-sized beds. Each bed has its own storage space and dimmable reading lights. Anyone who needs to get some work done during their stay can do so on the desk in this room, which seats two people.

* The second bedroom on the top floor has a plush king-sized bed and access to a private deck that offers breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte.

* Finally, the third bedroom contains a full bed and a twin bed. There is a full bathroom shared between this room and the king room next door.

There are also two pull-out sofa beds located in the living room and the loft to accommodate any additional guests.

The spacious kitchen is perfect for creating decadent feasts while socializing with friends and family. You’ll find everything you’ll need to whip up some food, including stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and plenty of cabinet space.

The kitchen is shared with the elegant dining area which receives plenty of natural light from the large windows. Enjoy stunning views while eating a delicious meal with friends and family.

Make your way to the comfortable lounge which features comfortable seating for your group on the sofa and armchairs. Sit back, relax, and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or get some work done using the free wifi.


☆☆ MOVIE ROOM + GAME ROOM ☆☆

The cabin boasts its own movie theater and game room, complete with foosball, arcade games, and even a putt-putt course. Whether you're unwinding in the sauna or challenging friends in the game room, there's fun for everyone. Younger children will love the indoor playhouse.


☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

Step outside to enjoy the Smokies' fresh air from one of three decks. Relax in the hot tub, fire up the grill, or gather around the fire pit for s'mores. With panoramic views of Mt. LeConte, this is the perfect place to reconnect with nature.

Downstairs, you’ll find another deck with plenty of seating, and a portable putting green. If you don’t feel like playing games, enjoy swaying on the porch swing and watching the action, or just breathe the fresh air while enjoying being immersed in nature.

☆☆ ROAD TO CABIN & PARKING☆☆

The roads leading to the cabin are mostly two-way and not too steep, except for the last 100 meters, which are one-way and slightly inclined. Although the 2-mile drive up Ski Mountain from the Gatlinburg Welcome Center is winding, 4WD is generally not required, though we recommend it during snowy winter months. Once you reach the cabin, you’ll be rewarded with the best scenic views.

Free parking for up to 5-7 cars is available at the front of the property.


☆☆ ACCESS TO CLUBHOUSE ☆☆

Our guests get access to the North Clubhouse which offers 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, a walking trail, ping pong, foosball, and assorted yard games. The pool is open from 9:00am - 9:00pm between Memorial Day weekend and Labor day. The North Clubhouse is closed Wednesdays for maintenance.

The North clubhouse also has a private banquet room available at an additional charge for family reunions, meetings, wedding receptions, and other events. Please contact us for additional information.


☆☆ Optional services (additional cost) ☆☆

☀ Grill & firepit: the grill and firepit (on the main porch) are free to use. However, no propane provided. No refund for unused propane.

☀ Pets: we welcome pets of all sizes as long as they are house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. Basic pet fee is $150 which covers up to 2 pets. After that it is $50 per additional pet. Please contact host if you plan on bringing more than 2 pets.

☀ Early check-in / late check-out: may be available for $50 per hour. Please ask the host at least 24 hours in advance.

** Due to inclement weather or unexpected circumstances, certain amenities may occasionally be unavailable. But we will always do our best to make your stay as fun and comfortable as possible.

Please also note that since we are located in the mountains, there may be animals and bugs around. We have monthly pest control but that doesn't guarantee they don't sneak in sometimes! Because these situations are beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds for them. Thank you for understanding!
