The space
The home has enough beds for 10.

All bedrooms are upstairs. Beds options include:

* A king-sized bed in the primary bedroom

* A queen-sized bed in a second room

* A queen-sized bed in a third room

* Two twin-sized beds in a fourth bedroom

*Couch makes out into a bed and can sleep 2.

In addition to an amazing night's rest on our super comfy beds, you get:

* A clean, well-stocked kitchen with everything you need for making meals, including all dishes, utensils, wine glasses, pots and pans, baking sheets and bar supplies like a cocktail mixer and wine opener.

*Brand new Samsung washer and dryer for those longer stays when you want fresh clothes!

* Extra linens and blankets

* Throw blankets for those cooler nights on the couch curled up watching our 50 inch tv

* Complimentary Keurig coffee

* A massive rear yard with green grass and a large tree for comfortable shade.

*Two eating areas that allow for differing eating needs for guests including a large dining table in our separate dining room and a smaller table that can be used as a cozy dining space or even as a desk for remote work.

* 2.5 baths with built-in dispensers containing complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels make each bathroom ready to just shower and go.

* Dogs are welcome! Take your pups for a walk inside the neighborhood or let them roam and bask in the sun in our shaded yard.

Our automated processes make check-in and check-out simple. You’ll receive a code before check in. No waiting around for keys.

You'll have the whole house to yourself! Note that the garage is reserved for storage but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and street just outside of the home.

Parking

Our large driveway can easily accommodate 4 cars and there’s plenty of free street parking available on the same street.

Pets

We love dogs and welcome them! A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed during your stay for an extra $65 per stay total. Dogs must be kept on leashes when walking in the neighborhood. Please pick up after your dog in the neighborhood or the yard. You are solely responsible for your dog's behavior and any excessive messes or damage may incur an additional charge.

No Loud Noises Or Parties

We want you to enjoy your stay and all that San Antonio offers, but please be aware that this property is for restful recuperation, not loud reveling. No parties or events are permitted. Any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

No Smoking Or Vaping Inside

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside under any circumstances. Our housekeeping staff are trained at detecting smoke. Any smoking will result in an additional $500 fee to cover the additional cleaning costs.
