Shady Oaks Lake Coleman Retreat

This spacious remodeled Lake house is 40 min from Abilene TX on Coleman Lake! Perfect getaway for family and friends. The entire house and patios have stunning lake views, and a short walk down a paved walkway brings you to our large, private boat dock with a picnic table. Located less than a mile from a public boat ramp on one of the deepest parts of the lake! This house is perfect for swimming, fishing, skiing, or just relaxing. House features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with double oven, full size refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and coffee bar!! There are two living rooms! Main living boast 2 full size sofas, 2 recliners, a wood burning fireplace, two dining tables seating 16 people, and a loft overlooking it! The second shared living/gameroom boast a pool table, shuffle board table, bar seating that seats 8 people, and two full/twin bunk beds! Smart TV's in every room! Laundry room with washer, dryer and iron! Outside has large deck with dining table, lounge couch, hot tub and seating around a gas fireplace for roasting marshmellows. There is a pellet grill and barbque tools for cooking out!

- Security cameras are present on front door, driveway and back yard for insurance and security between guests, but do not show any indoor or living space.

- Lock is programmed with new codes for each group of guests and deactivated after check-out

Great family place

Overall the lake house is very nice, location is excellent. Neighborhood is very quiet and shady with lots of oak trees. Prefect family getaway. The dock is older but very functional for fishing or docking a ski boat. Definitely look forward to staying there again.

Family Get-Away

This property was perfect for what we were wanting it for and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable, relaxed, and comfortable stay for our entire family which totaled 13 people. The Host was so helpful, accommodating and so nice to take care of any and all our needs during our stay. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Amazing Lake Coleman Getaway!!!

Great property. Plenty of room. Game room with pool table and shuffle board. Right on the water with a nice size dock where we were able to tie up pontoon boat and jet ski's. Huge deck with comfortable furniture, table, and a hot tub. We will definitely stay again!!!

The house was perfect for our family!! We loved it. Great space for everyone. Plenty of room for relaxing and game time. The dock was great access for our boats and swimming. We will definitely rent again.

Amazing property but experience fell short

Truly a special property with loads of potential. We appreciated the last minute availability and opportunity to stay here over Easter weekend. The pros include plenty of space, plenty of things for the kids and adults to do, luxury bathrooms and an eye capturing, unique design of the interior. The cons include an unkept/ dirty dock/ kayaks, non working pellet smoker that my family had to fix, non working advertised grill, empty propane tank in fire pit, imbalance of chemicals in hot tub and non working washing machine. If all of these cons are addressed the property is truly worth the money and would have been rated 5 stars by my family.

Outstanding Everything!

We went to a big family celebration at Lake Coleman and found this gem on VRBO. Waterfront and large enough for my adult kids and their spouses to all spread out. Our grand kids were supposed to be with us but an unfortunate change of plans kept them from coming - however the gameroom with all the bunks will be so PERFECT for the next trip up, which we plan to go back soon. The home is so comfortable. The deck with water view is lovely, the covered dock on the water is ideal. The beds are so comfortable, and the host, Brandi was terrific! We can't wait to go back again! Thank you, Brandi!
