Family-sized home with outdoor pool and deck
The house is tucked away in the quiet Maple Village neighborhood of Omaha. It is a beautiful, safe, walkable part of the city. Lots of sidewalks, shaded with mature trees.
It is close enough to the interstate to make getting anywhere in Omaha quick and easy, but far enough that you wouldn't even know the interstate was close.
We are pet lovers, so no extra fees for bringing your furry friends. Anything more than two pets may incur a separate charge though.
The space
The house consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a large kitchen. Our best feature is probably the large windows that let in ample natural light (we have blackout curtains in every window to ensure your privacy). The backyard is enclosed with a six foot wood fence on three sides, and a four foot chain link fence on one side. You have your own private entrance. There is a completely separate unit in the basement that we sometimes use, though rarely

The driveway is large enough for three cars. There is also ample street parking.
Other things to note
There is a camera facing the front door and another on the back door of this house. We do not have cameras inside the residence itself, so your privacy is assured.
It's best to consider this listing as a comfortable and clean home. We like to share our home and provide some foodstuffs for you our guests. However, in this day and age, we have to point out that you partake in our provided food and amenities at your own risk. If you are not comfortable with this, then please do not consume anything provided for free in the house. VRBO can often be an amazing experience in building community and we hope you enjoy staying at our place

Hi guys, I'm Ambrose. Thanks for looking in on my listing. I worked for many years as a travelling nurse, and stayed in so many different places, which gave me the idea to open up my home too. We (me and my partner) begun by renting out a room or two, but after covid started, we took a break from hosting. We are now back with enhanced cleaning protocols and also have updated things to make the house better for our guests. Instead of by the room, we now do the entire place hosting.
I'm also a world traveler, and have had the privilege to live with people from pretty much every continent. So, come in, see my place, and know that wherever you are from, whatever your orientation, you are welcome in my home.
