We loved everything about this property! The location along 30A is fantastic with such a short walk to the beach and quick access to shops and restaurants in either direction. Any texts with questions were answered almost immediately. 10/10!

Great location and house for family

This house was perfect for our family vacation, short 4-5 min walk to beach access and close drive to all popular spots in 30A. Host was very communicative and easy to get in touch with.

Perfect trip for a 30A family getaway!

From the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be a vacation we would want to repeat!The home was so beautiful and very well kept. It had all the amenities our family needed and was SO close to the beach, convenient for shopping and restaurants in Rosemary, Alys Beach, and the Big Chill.Communication with the hosts was such a breeze, and they had laid out everything so efficiently for us to enjoy our trip. Would highly recommend this spot to all our friends, and we can’t wait to be back!

Amazing 30A home

We had a wonderful time at this 30A property. It was clean and beautifully maintained. It was a short walk to the beach and in a quiet stretch of 30A. The home was perfect for our multigenerational vacation. We can’t wait for our next trip to this home!

We all had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful beach house! This was a great location near everything with beach access a short walk from the house. The owner was very nice and always responded to my questions in a timely manner, thanks John!

This was a beautiful property and everything was exactly as described in the listing and in pictures. The house was very clean & everything was in working order. There were plenty of towels, & beach and pool supplies (including chairs & umbrellas). Ample outdoor seating and eating areas. The walk to the beach took less than 5 minutes and was super easy to navigate. The pool was beautiful and clean. There is a Publix, as well as many restaurants and shops, about a 5 minute drive away. Our host, John, responded to all of our questions quickly and was extremely helpful. We had a fantastic weekend and would recommend this home to anyone.

Wonderful stay in 30A

What a wonderful trip! The home is located conveniently on 30a with beach access 3 minutes from the front door. We walked to the Hub, had only a short ride to Aly’s Beach and Rosemary The home is spacious with 4 bedrooms - 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. Two of the rooms have bunks for the kiddos, which makes it great for families. There’s also a pool, which the kids loved. The house is quiet, well equipped, and very clean. Great trip.

Perfect vacation

My family had the best week on 30A. The location of the house was fantastic. A short walk to the beach, bike to Alys or The Big Chill and a short drive to Seaside. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly want. The closet full of pool & beach toys, floats, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas & even a wagon to pull it all in was all more than we were hoping it would have. We had an issue with the wifi due to storms but the owner, John, went above and beyond to help. We can’t wait to return!

Clean and neat property minutes away from seacrest beach

This house was very clean and very well taken care of. The swimming pool inside was a great addition and the communication with host was quick and easy. The beach is just minutes away walking. The house and the host were great, The community seemed to be in a very exclusive area and businesses around have normal business hours, if you need a late snack you would have to drive a bit. Other than that This place worked perfect for my family getaway. Oh I also appreciated a lot the free Netflix on all TV's in the house! the towels, and washer and dryer.

Great location in 30A for a family getaway!

We were looking for a place with a pool and close beach access near the Hub / Big Chill - this one nailed it!! We had teenagers that loved the area and not having to navigate too much to be in the places they wanted to go. Short drive to Camp Creek Golf club was also a plus!! The house was 3 levels with the first floor having three queen beds (two in a bunk style). Second floor was the living room, kitchen, laundry room and a bathroom. Third floor had two bedrooms with queens in a bunk bed and a King with a bathroom in each. Decks on top two levels looking towards beach and good deck in back on second level overlooking the pool area. The pool was big enough and really warm! Lots of beach needs in the outdoor closet. Great communication from the property host and easy to make some date changes due to travel plans being adjusted. Would book again!! 5* !!

We're a beach-loving family who has explored the beaches from the New England to Hawaii, and the beaches of 30A/Gulf of Mexico are hands down the best in the country. We enjoy staying here every chance we get, and are happy to share our beach home with guests!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We are located in the quiet neighborhood of Seacrest (not Seacrest Beach) with Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach (and all their restaurants & shops) <2 miles to the east of us and The Hub (Watersound) <1 mile to the west, all connected by the Timpoochee Trail (directly across the street). Beach access is also across the street and a short 3 min walk down the road. Camp Creek Lake (one of the few coastal dune lakes in the world) is also located a short stroll away.

Guests will love this expansive, 3 level beachy-feel home a mere short stroll to the beach with your own private pool. This home is centrally located between multiple beach-town commercial areas, yet just far enough away to provide you with a relaxed Old Florida beach getaway.

For the enjoyment of our guests we provide beach and pool gear, such as umbrellas, beach chairs, body boards, noodles, a couple child safety floaties, sand toys, etc.

While we do not provide bicycles, we do offer a double-BOB running stroller (with weather cover) to explore the Timpoochee Trail across the street with your little kiddos. Bicycles are available for rent (by the day or week) from local vendors and can be delivered to (and picked up from) the home.

Finally, please note the pool is not heated, however it is open for use year-round.
