 Las renovaciones incluyeron la adición de una lavadora / secadora en la unidad y un aspecto completamente nuevo para la cocina y los baños y la sala de estar. Muebles nuevos en todo!

Este es un alquiler de vacaciones con acceso directo a las pistas de esquí de dos dormitorios y dos baños ubicado en la montaña Blackcomb en Whistler.
Una cama king split en una habitación; dos camas queen en el dormitorio principal y un sofá cama doble se abren en la sala de estar con capacidad para 8 personas. Tenga en cuenta que las camas son Serta CONCIERGE SUITE ELITE II colchones con la parte superior acolchada para dormir mejor!

Único en Greystone Lodge es el estacionamiento subterráneo gratuito, algo difícil de encontrar en Whistler. Los huéspedes deben ser advertidos de que el estacionamiento subterráneo tiene un límite de altura total de 6 pies y 8 pulgadas. Los vehículos todoterreno grandes con portaesquís pueden no entrar en el subterráneo y hay un estacionamiento muy limitado en altura en el albergue.



AMENIDADES LOCALES




A una corta distancia a pie, los huéspedes encontrarán la escuela de esquí, alquiler de esquís y snowboard, alquiler de bicicletas, restaurantes, una licorería, una pequeña tienda de comestibles y varios puntos de venta. La caminata hasta el pueblo principal de Whistler tomará alrededor de 7-10 minutos a pie, sin embargo, un autobús de tránsito de la aldea viene cada 7 minutos en el invierno y cada 15 minutos durante los otros meses. La parada de autobús está a pocos pasos del vestíbulo.

Cozy Condo in Whistler

The 2 bed/2 bath condo was a nice size for our family and separated by the living room, so there was a bit more privacy. Within walking and biking distance to the town. The unit included a washer/dryer, portable a/c and a bike storage area in the garage. I would have liked to see a few more pieces of artwork, as the walls seemed a bit bare.

Greystone Lodge is a lovely location. The ski lockers were amazing as was the proximity to the slopes! The space was a bit smaller than expected but worked well for 3 adults and a 5 year old.

Great for skiing Blackcomb

The condo was spacious for our family and the beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed which isn't always the case. It's an easy walk out to the trail to ski down to the Gondola in the morning. Washer & dryer were helpful as was the boot dryer that was there (though I don't know that it was listed as included). We have stayed at Greystone Lodge before and love staying there for it's location.

Nice unit, smaller than expected but still comfortable

Reviewer Comments: The unit is made to look significantly larger than it is in the pictures online - the main room is nice but pretty cramped and for some strange reason the master has two beds but the second room has a split king? The split King was not comfortable for two tall adults, and we couldn't figure out who would use the master with two was a bit strange. There have been updates to the unit, so the kitchen and bathrooms are quite clean and lovely, but we did have a broken door in the master bedroom that was never fixed and the curtains in the master kept coming off of their rails. The property was also further away from the village than we had thought, and up a steep hill, so walking to and from was a bit of a chore, especially as we had small children with us. We ended up just driving to the village each time we went. Overall, we would give this unit a solid B grade for the price point, which was less than other closer, larger units we considered. We were on the first floor in front of a grassy area so our 6 year old loved running around and there is a warm pool and hot tub that were relaxing and fun.

Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. All around a good experience for all. We’ll be back!

Washer and dryer didn't work properly but boot dryers were appreciated.Also- it would be helpful if the building was better marked from the slope.

Everything worked out well for all seven of us. We swam every day, hot tub, very small--strongly recommend updating the pool area (an owner mentioned the plans were in the works). We did, however have a couple minor complaints with regards to cleanliness. When we pulled out the sleeper sofa, there were crumbs all over the mattress and inside of couch. We took a vacuum to clean them because there were so many. In addition, a few of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty (old, dried food stuck to them). In addition, the shower stall had a funny drain tile that, when not placed properly, caused the shower to fill up instead of drain. We managed all of these problems ourselves as it was just easier than bothering management.

Reviewer Comments: We received a 2 bed apartment for our family (kids now too big for a 1-bed) - this worked really really well, with separate rooms, bathrooms and even TV. The layout worked, issues like the heating stopping, were sorted very quickly and professionally. One one complaint was that neighbours (ie above) did not have any consideration for any other guests, for the time of day they herded their elephants, whether they walked around the apmt in their ski boots or not at 7am.. .outside of our (and I believe Acers') immediate power but it did impact the overall experience. Proximity to slopes = excellent, facilities, pool , spa = excellent, assistance and info at front desk = very good. Getting booked and sorted early, and knowing things were sorted ahead of time = very good.

Had water leak that wet carpets, inconvenience of water switched on/off for a couple of days and then shared the apartment with an industrial de-humidifer for remaining week. Having spent over $8,000 this is a bit disappointing. Mgt company did provide a $100 gift voucher but not material in terms of inconvenience suffered. They also allowed us to check out 2 hours late then proceeded to lock us out of the room and go out for lunch. Both of the telephone numbers on reception diverted to the empty office behind reception so spent 30 minutes looking for someone to let us back into the room. Not the service I was expecting.

The washer and drier in unit were a fantastic help. Description was accurate and helpful in choosing the unit. We would recommend this unit to friends/family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very pleasant stay in Greystone Lodge. Quite clost to the slopes for ski in/out and close to the bus stop.
