Beach front and we mean Beach Front! 2 BR/2Bath - Sleeps 6 Comfortably

Beautiful views of the beach and gulf from a private balcony on the 4th floor, master with King, second bedroom with queen and two bunks. It is a perfect getaway for families or two couples.

Sandy Key Complex is now a Smoke Free facility also.

New to this unit, nothing but 5 stars since we started rental program. This place is fantastic, over 1,200 square feet with a large private balcony, two pools with one heated through the winter, hot tub, workout room and tennis court that can be converted for pickleball. We looked at a lot of condos before purchasing this and there are NONE closer to the beach! There is a ground floor storage unit for your convenience, so you don’t have to haul your beach stuff upstairs every day!!

Living room, kitchen and dining room is very spacious as well as both bedrooms. Living room has a new 58” Smart TV with soundbar for Movie watching for evenings in. Both bedrooms have TVs as well.

Kitchen is very well appointed with stainless steel appliances and all the conveniences of home including regular and Keurig coffee makers. There is a washer and dryer there for your convenience.

The condo is conveniently located with restaurants, shops and grocery stores within 5 minutes. Orange beach is less than 10 minutes, Pensacola is a 30 minute drive but offers a lot of entertainment options as well including minor league baseball.

This is a wonderful property and we very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with quality items and everything needed to cook a meal. The view and beach, relaxed and beautiful as always and is the reason we have been vacationing at PKey for 20 years.There is a storage unit on ground level which was very helpful so we didn’t have to drag Sandy gear into condo.Dale is a wonderful host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with at any time.This is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at on Perdido Key. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and will definitely be returning.Thanks to Dale and Patti for hosting us!

This is a wonderful condo to stay in cleaniness & ease of check in was awesome! The decor was so well done & beach vibes without overdoing it! So comfy & simply a great escape! Balcony views were great coffee & late evening drinks were daily out on balcony! We had a question upon arrival & owner was swift to respond very nice indeed! We will be returning to same condo! Thanks for a wonderful place to relax & recharge!!

The condo was just as described and was perfect for our family. I loved the location and easy access to the beach and pool. Dale was great with communications with me. Would book again if we stay in the area again.

Condo was very well equipped- comfortable beds and our grandchildren really enjoyed the bunk beds!This is an annual trip for our very large, multi generational family (35). One family member also owns a unit at Sandy Key. We have been return guests for several years. We’ve already rebooked this unit for our 2026 vacation!

Perfect location! Condo was very clean and layout was perfect! View of the beach and all the amenities were spot on! Storage unit on ground floor was so convenient for storing all our beach stuff! Owner was so kind and responded quick with answers to our questions! We will definitely book again! Highly recommend this condo! The beach was also great, we had no issues with other beach goers for spots, no fights or any drama!

Perfect condo

This condo was perfect! It was clean, had a beautiful view, comfortable, and the owner was easily accessible. The master bed was super comfy! The air conditioner worked great. The beach is just one short walkover away. All appliances were top notch. We will be back for sure!

Amazing!

I can’t say enough great things about this condo! Gated! 3rd floor, right by elevator. We had a fan in our room and never heard any foot traffic. The beds are amazing. Furniture comfortable. Balcony right above pool with amazing view of the beach. We definitely plan on staying here again. I liked the fact that Sandy Key condos has 3 different buildings spread out with only 8 floors per building (I may be off on the floors), it gave us PLENTY of room on the beach and it was never overcrowded. We were there on Memorial Day weekend and if you look down the beach toward the other high rise condos, there were a LOT more people on the beach. The sand was so soft and the water was perfect. I’m counting down the days that we can go back! We love Perdido Key! Also, our favorite restaurants were Fisherman’s Corner, Lillian’s Pizza, and The Shrimp Basket- for dessert we went to Island Sweets- all super close and never had to fight traffic like in Gulf Shores or Destin.

Memories at Sandy Key

I have been going to Perdido Key, specifically Sandy Key, since I was a young girl. I can now share the memories of my childhood with my 2 daughters. You can’t beat this location. It’s right on the beach and perfect for families. It’s not as touristy as Destin which we really enjoy.

Perfect beach stay

We have stayed at Sandy Key many times before, and this unit was excellent like all the rest. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets, and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen had more than enough skillets, pots, pans, etc for cooking. I usually bring some of my own kitchen things because one never knows. This unit had a crockpot and a huge stockpot. Nice to know it's there if needed. :) View was excellent and we sat on the patio often. We played cards, ate meals, read books all on the patio. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again! A few things to know: Bring your own laundry and dish soap. Pods were left for the dishwasher but no soap to wash in the sink. Might want to bring a few extra trash bags if you have a lot of trash. We had two bags but they were super thin. We had to use the second to double bag the first. Not a huge deal as there were lots of small plastic bags under the sink.

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo was well maintained with plenty of everything to make us comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony seemed more spacious than other places we have stayed. The complex and the grounds were very well maintained. Very convenient.
