This cheerful, newly renovated 2-bdrm bungalow has everything you need for an extended stay as a travel nurse, digital nomad, or corporate traveler. In the heart of Atlanta, you can get just about everywhere (the airport, restaurants, hospitals, grocery stores) you'd need within 15 minutes or less. Including Downtown, Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, AUC, Tyler Perry Studios, and Emory Midtown Hospital.
The space has comfy bedding, full kitchen, a washer/dryer unit, a smart TV, + WIFI.
It is a quaint space, but perfect for two people comfortably. If you want an extra person to sleep on the couch, let us know when booking! The maximum number of guests is 3.
You'll have everything you need for a long or a short stay!

This is a single-family home with street parking for one car. Be sure to avoid the fire hydrant by parking in front of the duplex next door. There are two flights of stairs to get to the front door (no other stairs are inside the home).

Check-in is any time after 4pm EST. Checkout is at 11:00 AM EST.
In accordance with Atlanta's short-term rental ordinance, we ask that no one hangs out on the porch after 10:00 pm to keep the noise down.
We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property, even the front porch.
The secret phrase is "Outkast". Please include this in your message to the host when you send your request to book.
Finally, the person booking this home must be present for check-in. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
