Welcome to the Inglenook House! This house is a private pool house located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. You will find yourself enjoying your getaway in a quiet neighborhood yet still surround yourself in endless activities, restaurants, bars/pubs, cross-culture cuisines, markets, and etc. If not, take a drive to surrounding cities including Atlanta, Stone Mountain, Duluth, Norcross, Suwanee, Dunwoody, and others to discover more of Georgia's greatest adventures and views.

The Space:
**The space**
Our home is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The space features a private saltwater pool, a living room, a family room/game room, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area, 7 bedroom (9 beds), 4 full-baths, backyard, front and back porch.

**Living Room - Main Level**
A beautiful open space, modern interior design living room in the center of the house. The high ceiling makes the room more spacious and breathable with a gold ceiling light fixture that brightens up the house. The room contains a beige cream sofa, 2 side tables with luxurious table lamps, 2 wood accent chairs, a wood fireplace, a television, and a classic golden coffee table. The white shelves are filled with decoratives that help tie everything together. It's a great place to relax and enjoy time with your family!

**Family/Game Room - Ground Level**
The recreational room is a relaxing and fun space that can be enjoyed by the entire family. The room features an air hockey table, wall mounted Connect game and dart board, a 65 inch television, and a bar where you can make drinks and other beverages, and several seating areas in case you just wanted to sit and enjoy. This is a perfect place to chat and hang out with all your friends and family. Lastly, our TV features several popular channels and streaming services including so you can catch-up on all of your favorite shows, listen to music while having fun.

**Bedroom # 1 - Main Level**
The master bedroom is located on the main level. The bedroom features a beige bed frame, high quality king size mattress, and a private shower. It is also furnished with comfortable bed linens, a walk-in closet to keep your clothes, decorative throw pillows, two elegant nightstands, table lamps, wall arts, an 8x10 area rug, and wall mounted TV.

**Bedroom # 2 - Main Level**
This spacious bedroom is located on the side of the house. The bedroom features 2 full white metal bed frames, high quality full size mattresses, and a tub/shower combination located not too far away. It is also furnished with comfortable bed linens, decorative throw pillows and blankets, the two beds share a beautiful rattan nightstand, table lamp, 2 beautiful beach wall arts, an 8x10 area rug, and A/C and Heater system to adjust to your preferred temperature.

**Bedroom # 3 - Second Level**
The bedroom features a coastal living design with light gray colored bed frame, high quality king size mattress. It is also furnished with comfortable bed linens, a closet, 2 decorative throw pillows, two intricate nightstands, table lamps, wall art, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination located in the hallway.

**Bedroom # 4 - Second Level**
The bedroom features a more subtle look with a black metal bed frame, with a high quality queen size mattress. It is also furnished with comfortable bed linens, a closet, decorative lumber, two nightstands, woven rattan table lamps, a framed wall art, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination located in the hallway.

**Bedroom # 5 - Second Level**
The bedroom features a more fun and whimsical vibe for your little ones or anyone who enjoys art. The room is a small yet compact room with a daybed, a small working table and chairs, a high quality size mattress. It is also furnished with comfortable bed linens, a decorative unicorn, rope table lamp, framed wall arts, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination located in the hallway.

**Bedroom # 6 - Ground Level**
This is a shared bedroom located on the ground level of the house. The bedroom features 2 queen beds. It is a simple, minimalistic look with a grayed bed frame. Both beds share 1 night stand and 1 table lamp, high quality queen size mattresses. It is also furnished with comfortable bed linens, framed wall decoration and a shared bathroom.

**Bedroom # 7 - Ground Level**
This bedroom is located on the ground level of the house. The bedroom features 1 queen bed. It is a bright and fun energy. This bed features a green and yellow theme, with 2 oak wood nightstands, 2 lime colored table lamps, high quality queen size mattress. It is also furnished with comfortable bed linens, framed wall arts and a shared bathroom.

**Dining Room/Dinette Table**
The dining room features a new yet traditional design style with a finished wood dining table accompanied with 6 chairs. The room is lit by a golden new traditional light fixture. Enhancing the dining room is a floral centerpiece. For anyone who likes to enjoy a quick and simple breakfast, you can make use of the dinette table located in the kitchen. The round table features 4 chairs and a lovely corner to take pictures and enjoy your morning.

**Kitchen**
The kitchen is an integral part of the house, so we want to make sure we are providing you with a functioning and modern kitchen. Here in the kitchen you’ll find - a set of non-stick pots and pans, cooking utensils, strainer/colander, cooking shears, cooking stove, fridge, microwave, oven, cutting boards, dining ware set, and a keurig coffee maker.

**Private Saltwater Pool**
This is a saltwater pool with various depths for various ages. It’s important for us that you will be able to enjoy the pool in the Georgia's sun, yet your safety is also important. We do our best to provide the necessary safety gears and rules to keep everyone safe. However, you will be responsible to keep yourself and children safe. The use of pool is Prohibited by 9:00-9:30 pm (latest) and NO LOUD music/SPEAKER is allowed. Our pool will be fully operational in the spring/summer when the weather is warmer and will be closed in the fall/winter seasons when the weather is colder. Please check with us for pool availability if you are looking to use the pool during your stay.

**Grill**
The backyard offers plenty of playing ground, a deck with a BBQ grill. (Please Note: unfortunately, it’s very difficult to determine how much propane gas is used per guest during the stay to refill, hence propane gas is not provided during the stay, and must be purchased by guests, often time a guest have kindly purchased the tank and you will need refill the gas inside, it not, you are responsible for the grill use.)

**Gym**
Being away from home doesn’t mean you have to skip your workout day. We provided a small space for you to keep up with your daily routine. Here, you will find a mirror wall, a yoga mat, jump ropes, exercise ball, exercise bike, and a foam roller.

**Laundry Room**
You didn’t bring clothes for your trip? Don’t worry! The house is equipped with a set of modern washer and dryer, a steam iron, laundry basket, and laundry pods during your stay! You can also find hangers throughout the house to hang your clothes.

**Outdoor**
The backyard offers grass lawn and space for various activities and adventures.

***House Rules to Note***
- Please remove shoes upon entering the house, any violation of this rule may result in a carpet cleaning fee/and or charges for damages to furniture.
- Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house, including near open windows or doors. A deep cleaning fee of $250+ will be charged if any smoke odor, ash or residue is detected in the house.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to everything/anywhere in the house except for the garage (unless special need is required. Please reach out if you need to use the garage)

Very quite and peaceful neighborhood, super convenient location with 5 mins driving to all major groceries stores, restaurants.

Getting Around:
Driveway can park up to 12 cars, also free street parking
