Very nice stay you will not be disappointed

This is in a nice neighborhood and a home that has been remodeled nicely. Everything you need for your stay. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. The fenced in yard is great for your dogs with a beautiful lawn and fire pit and grill and table and chairs. We would have loved to hang outside but unfortunately it rained while we were there You will be happy with this rental and the communication with the owner was great.

Great place

This house was in a great location for a visit to Niagara Falls and attend a Bills game. The house was great for 4 adults and 2 small children. Decor was beautiful and was even decorated for X mas which thrilled the kids. Highly recommend

Amazing property and location is close to everything in Buffalo. Quiet neighborhood perfect for family and doggies! House was fully decorated for Christmas and was so easy to feel At home!!

Family Reunion

We were in town for a faimly reunion but needed more room than our family could provide. We were delighted with the home, spacious and convenient! The neighborhood was pleasant, the house was responsive and kind. Overall an excellent place to stay, and hope to return again sometime!

Buffalo Bills weekend

This one of our favorite places to stay when in town for a BILLS game. The location is great, close to the airport, restaurants and a short drive to the stadium. The house is always clean. And working with Kelly is easy.

Perfect house for visit to Buffalo

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space in the bedrooms to unpack for our weekend in Buffalo. The beds were especially cozy, ensuring we had a great night's rest. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, with everything we wanted to explore in Buffalo within easy reach. The house description and photos were spot on, so there were no surprises. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Buffalo!

Fun stay in Buffalo

My wife and I and our three kiddos stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Here is some of the feedback from our stay:Good things:- very homey, tv room was fun to relax in with the family and the fireplace made it even better. - Kids loved the upstairs loft. - easy entry into the home- washer and dryer were great to use- shower extremely hot (wife loved it)- extra blankets to stay warm Things to know- one bathroom, just plan accordingly if you have more than a few people- upstairs loft gets pretty cold. We couldn’t find a vent in the room but our girls got cozy under blankets and slept great!Overall we’d stay here again for sure. Great location and quick responses to any questions we had.

Buffalo Bills Weekend

My husband and I love staying at this property when we are in town for the BILLS game. It’s located in a great neighborhood, convenient to the stadium, shopping and airport. It’s always clean and just adorable! Kelly is great to work with.

Great place!

We loved the house. The location is great. The bathroom could use some towel hooks. We thought it would have been really cool if basement had ping pong, fuzz ball, air hockey. Not a big deal just a suggestion would still highly recommend to anyone it was great.

Location, Location, Location!

We absolutely loved our stay in this precious home! We've never brought our dogs with us on "vacation" before, but they had as much fun as we did, and seemed to feel right at home. Kelley provided everything we needed and even had essentials, if you forgot something. We will 100 percent be back if she'll have us. My family and friends were all under 20 minutes away in any direction. Thank you for a great long weekend!

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at this property. Incredibly easy to check in, nice amenities, very close to all the things we wanted to see. One slight issue was that 1 bathroom for 8 people created a bit of a log jam in the morning. Sti, that was our problem, not the property's. Overall, HIGHLY recommend this property.

What an amazing house!

We absolutely loved this property! It was very clean, homey and just like being home. The beds were comfortable and all appliances were in great working order. There was even a high chair for our granddaughter. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available the next time we visit! Also, the owner Kelley was always easy to reach via text and responded quickly. We loved every minute we stayed there!

Dishonest Host

I have written proof from the host that accommodations would be granted for a rebooking and she reneged on her word. She acted morally & ethically unjust and I would be wary of trusting her to accommodate you and your family.
