We stayed here while in Atlanta for my son’s wedding, and it was the perfect home for our family. The space was clean, comfortable, and very well laid out—plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient and easy to get to multiple locations! The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, Thank you Jay!! Highly recommend for anyone traveling with family or looking for a spacious, welcoming place to stay!

This by far was the most horrible place I’ve stayed especially for the neighborhood.. There was mold in the shower curtains, there we hella nats coming out the kitchen sink. The AC in the basement didn’t work even though they say they jus had it worked on.. i stayed on the main floor woke up sweating in the middle of the night… the tv’s on the main floor in each room didn’t work because the remotes where bad… the balcony’s needed to be power washed the back had mad spiders on the doors and on the gutters. Whoever owns this house need to do mad upgrades because the house is really nice. I felt like with the money we paid it had too many issues and they probably didn’t want to give any money back… horrible horrible horrible…

Disappointed with the Condition Despite Great LocationThe property is located in a nice area, which initially gave us high hopes. However, the overall condition of the home and its amenities left much to be desired. For the amount we paid, I was very disappointed to find that the online photos did not accurately reflect the reality.The appliances were noticeably outdated—the microwave, stove, and refrigerator were old and in need of replacement. The patio furniture was worn and torn, the kitchen chairs were stained and soiled, and the patio deck was in desperate need of a power wash. These are all issues that should have been addressed prior to our arrival, not left to impact our stay.To make matters worse, we were never provided with a contact person or emergency number, despite my request. This is unacceptable and a basic standard in any professionally managed rental.We have used Vrbo multiple times in the past and have always had good experiences, but unfortunately, this was the first time we were truly disappointed. As a rental property owner myself, I understand the importance of upkeep and guest communication—especially when charging premium rates. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

This is a really beautiful property with great use of space inside, and the back yard is really nice to just sit under the shade and enjoy the outdoors. The physical amenities are as advertised, and the host was very responsive to our needs. The only reason this was note rated 5 star is little maintenance and cleanliness issues. The outside house and the balcony could use a power wash

Need a Lot of work

This property needs a lot of work It was bugs in the bathroom… it’s dirty It’s mold in one of the bathrooms the shower curtain is torn … the wall paper coming off the wall … it’s hot on the first level .. it’s no curtains against the windows The landscaping is bad … it was trash in the attic .. who ever does the cleaning does not do a good job … this is the worse house i ever stayed in … the power was out Thursday night from 2pm until about 1:45 in the morning the property manager did not care … its no generator in the house he was not trying to go get one paying over 4k for this house was a waste …. I’m not happy at all

Great Location and Housing

My family was in town for our brothers wedding. I selected the house because of its close proximity to the venue. Each of my family members had their own room and bathroom. We didn't spend alot time there during the day because of the wedding events but the house served its purpose of putting us all in one location. We enjoyed the large kitchen because we were all able to gather and cook a huge breakfast. There were a few minor repairs that needed to be handled. They were not major but I wanted to let the owner know just in case he had not been notified.

This location was identical to what was advertised. The house was beautiful and clean. There was lots of space and great common areas. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Great size, layout, and neighborhood with good parking

If you are coming to Atlanta for an event where you need bedrooms and space this home is great. Aside from that be aware - the house has not been maintained - bring slippers you don't want to walk on the carpets, the house desperately needs to be painted, there were bugs through out. The house is so poorly stocked - kitchen in particular that you need to be eating out - one dish towel, 11 forks etc etc. A shame because it has such great potential

Perfect for our group

This place worked out great for our 16 person group. There was plenty of space for us 8 adults and 8 kids ranging from ages 1 to 15. The location was perfect. It was in close proximity to all of the activities we had planned. The property was very clean upon our arrival. Communication with the host was great. He was responsive. Overall, great accommodations for a large group.

Perfect Venue!

This house was the perfect venue to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with friends! It is tucked away in beautiful Buckhead and a great location to everything we wanted to do during our stay. The house, with its floor to ceiling windows and tall ceilings provided all the beauty and charm I was looking for during our stay. The open floor design of the house was great for entertaining and provided plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably. Jay was the perfect host. He was accommodating and always timely in his communications.

Great location but would not recommend

I stayed at this property for a work function. The location is great but there were just too many negatives for me. The house feels dirty and dated. There were random doors within the house that were locked and we weren't allowed inside. If you rent the property, you will be able to find photos online of the property and you will see the areas that are restricted. Why? Theater room? Garages? There were multiple rooms with missing light fixtures. One of the bedrooms lights just didn't work at all. The master shower and bath didn't drain water, which is disgusting. There was leftover food in the oven from the previous renters. The trash cans were overflowing when we arrived so we were constantly battling trash all week. There are no curtains or blinds on the back of the house. They claimed this is to see "the view" but really its just them being cheap. Some of the guests complained about light coming into their rooms all night. There were random drawers youd open and it would have food crumbs on the bottom. Random light bulbs burned out inside the light fixtures. They have a smart thermostat and it had all these random scheduled changes. It would randomly kick on the heat and it would be unbearable at times. We were constantly having to adjust it. Overall, I wouldn't rent this place again. It felt like they bought this house a couple of years ago and its dated and needs some money put into it.....but they didn't. They bought it and threw it on here to rent. Avoid it

Awesome Stay to start off the New Year with Family and Friends

Myself along with my friends very much enjoyed our stay. Property matched the description, was conveniently located around great restaurants as well as shopping and very close to Downtown Atlanta. Host did an Awesome Job getting us Checked in, and Responded promptly to any questions I had during our stay. I definitely look forward to my next stay..A Big Thanks to Jay making our Booking and Check In as smooth as possible..Even responding late in the evening when we needed to contact him..Thanks again to The Property Team.

birthday bash

Buckhead Haven was a great place to stay, we had a ball celebrating my 60th birthday. The host Jeff was great. The Mansion was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The rooms were very comfortable. Overall I will definitely be staying again.

Newman Vacation 2023

First time having the whole Newman family under one roof, and it’s difficult to find a place to accommodate 13 adults plus kids. The house was great, the town was great, and we’d definitely stay there again.

Almost Scammed

I messaged the "host" before booking to let them know I would be celebrating my 40th birthday with a get together of 30-40 people (upon booking, the onsite max was listed as 50 people). Their response was about the max number of onsite vehicles, which was 10. We'll carpool... no problem! Months later, ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN, I received a message that said in order to receive access to the property, I must reply "agree" to the following: "No more than 30 people... on the property at one time. If you are ever over this amount we reserve the right to fine you... or immediately cancel your reservation" "Please no parties or events" The list of rules continued. THEY WAITED UNTIL CHECK-IN DAY TO MAKE ME AWARE OF THEIR ACTUAL RULES even though I was completely transparent about my event and expected number of onsite guests. The "host" claimed to be unaware of the event, even though the details were in the message string. My last message to the "host" was requesting the address for my caterers. The "host" replied with the info, so they were WELL AWARE of my gathering. My only saving grace was that I had our messages saved. As it turns out, the "host" is a team of people - so you may not be communicating with the actual "host". THE WORSE PART IS, the "host" offered to just cancel my reservation (family traveling in, planning for months, equipment and caterers scheduled). All canceled, unless I gave them a HEAFTY event fee (I can't say how much but it included three zeros). It appeared to be the BEST SCAM EVER! After speaking with the "host" for over an hour, we negotiated to make it a deposit instead of a fee, pending the home didn't show signs of an event - which it didn't because, as previously stated, I was turning 40! (In my messages, I even invited the "host" to attend my gathering.) Instead of canceling my long planned event, I had no choice but to pay the money. I told him THIS WAS ROBBERY AT ITS FINEST! My family and I spent a great deal of time combing the house and taking photos of damages so we wouldn't be blamed later. WE TOOK A LOT OF PHOTOS! The interaction put quite a damper on my celebration weekend. The home is okay... I've experienced better. Definitely not worth the trouble, based on my experience. Reserve at your own risk. My only advice is to put everything in writing. PS. VRBO requests incidences be reported within 24 hours but I did not for fear of losing my "deposit". Apologies VRBO for not making you aware of this sooner.
