KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
The modern kitchen is equipped with a brand-new electric oven and cooktop, microwave, full-sized stainless steel refrigerator, and all the cutlery, cookware, and utensils you need to cook a gourmet meal during your stay. It is also stocked with basic needs such as olive oil, cooking spray, as well as salt & pepper.
A small 2 seater pub table is provided off the kitchen area. Enjoy your morning coffee with the Keuring machine where you will find coffee, creamer, and sugar to create your morning cup to your liking. The expansive picture windows allow you to see a scenic city view of downtown Birmingham.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable convertible sleeper couch along with a dedicated workspace with a desk.
Enjoy your stay while sitting back, relaxing, and watching your favorite shows or movies using the 45 Roku TV, which enables you to access your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or Youtube TV. Feel free to get some work done utilizing the high speed wi-fi available for you only.
OUTSIDE SPACE
This condo sits in a lovely neighborhood where you can easily walk to admire many of the historic homes boasted throughout the area. Patio seating is available just outside the front door where you can admire the beautiful Magic City skyline views
GUEST ACCESS
This newly renovated condo will be privately enjoyed all to yourself. Feel free to utilize all the supplied essentials and amenities, including the kitchen equipment, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and TV.
Off-street free parking is just a short walk away. Please be aware since the unit is on the top level, you WILL have to navigate stairs. There is no elevator on site.
Other things to note:
This is a residential community and law enforcement will be used if complaints are received. Please be kind to your neighbors. No parties are allowed. Guests limit on booking is not to be exceeded under any circumstances.
In order to conform to all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID as well as complete identity verification via a secure portal.
