This property is close to everything Downtown Ypsilanti. Explore the historic town center with many boutiques, restaurants, and unique activities to try.
Walk anywhere Downtown or stop by at Decode Ypsilanti which is just next door.

Conveniently a short 20-minute drive from the University of Michigan and the surrounding Ann Arbor area.

Located only a quick walk from the Ypsilanti Transit Station so you can take a bus anywhere. During the week, Monday to Friday, there is an express bus route to the Ann Arbor central bus station that takes 30 minutes one way. It is ideal for students or commuters who don't have a car.

Parking available:

- For free up to 4 hours M-F 8am-6pm in the parking lot behind the building

- For an hourly fee M-F 8am-6pm in the parking lot next to Ypsilanti Transit Station (free evenings and weekends)

I would highly recommend this listing. The host was AMAZING and extremely helpful with all of our needs as we had some issues with scheduling that fell on our side but he did everything he could to make it work for us and we had an wonderful time. The area was perfect in downtown and the place was clean and quite! Perfect for my sleeping 4 year old. We will 100% be back!

The host was AMAZING. He was extremely communicative and we had some mishaps on our side as my son got really sick so we had to reschedule the trip 4 different times and he worked with us EVERY time and made it as smooth as he could. I would highly recommend this rental! The location was PERFECT and the rental was clean, quite, and family friendly. We were very happy to have found this and will likely use it again when we visit the area as we have family in Ypislanti!

Great location at a fair price

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent. There were several nice/fun restaurants and a farmers market that were within easy walking distance. We had no trouble finding free parking in the lot behind the apartment for each day of our stay.

Ypsilanti stay

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and when there were a few items lacking, they were brought to us within an hour. It is easy, walking distance to restaurants, stores, and even a farmers market on Saturdays. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend football & fun with family

Property & parking were exactly as promised. The apartment was very clean. The beds were already made up for us upon arrival. There were plenty of towels. Paper products, shampoo, conditioner & soap were provided. There was even coffee & filters. I so appreciated this place within walking distance to activities & restaurants. This was my first time in this area for UM football with my grandson. I would love to return & would recommend this place to everyone.

Great time in Ypsilanti!

To start, the communication with the owner was top notch. I rent often, and this was easily amongst the best. For our group, the easy access to Ann Arbor for a Michigan was much appreciated, and the closer proximity in Ypsi to bars and restaurants was awesome. Could not have been better and highly recommend.

Wonder apartment

My daughter and I stayed here and were impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the furniture to bed linens. The host was made available to us for any issues we may have. I highly recommend this apartment.

Looks very much like listing. It does show, some wear, though, small things like chipped tiles, paint and damaged blind in back bedroom. Water has to run for awhile, to get hot enough to do dishes ans ti shower, but once it got hot, it remained hot enough for everyone to shower, right after each other, so I'm thinking, they had a on demand water heater. There were no issues that we could not overlook or that interfered with our stay. Definitely not handicapped accessible, the stairs to access the apartment may be hard for someone to navigate, about 21 in all. We would definitely stay here again. I loved how convenient it was to everything. You can easily walk to restaurants, a nice one right across the street, and depot town, Frog Island, Riverside Park, the Firehouse Museum, Ypsilanti History Museum, and there are shops scattered throughout town, that are interesting to look through. Ann Arbor is a short trip away, and is a place with a lively downtown area, don't forget the Kerrytown area, when you're in Ann Arbor. Dearborn is 20 minutes Detroit is 30 minutes, away. We explored both.

Long weekend get away

The property looks like an old historic building over an old store and was really neat to stay in. The rooms were very clean and we didn’t have any issues at all getting in and out of the property. The property manager was very communicative and responsive. There’s a lot of neat little stores and a few restaurants around the property to visit. Overall it was a great stay.

Clean, quiet weekend stay

The property was as advertised and clean. No issues during our stay. The location was convenient and having a quiet place to stay after a day at the soccer fields for a local tournament with our kids was great. Communication with the property manager was excellent leading up to and throughout our visit.

Awesome location

This apartment met our needs as we came in town for a family funeral. My three adult children, daughter-in-law and I, were all comfortable with three different bedrooms to provide privacy. Within walking distance to food and other attractions. Thank you!

Charming and Clean VRBO Property in the Heart of Ypsilanti - Perfect for Foodies and Families

My family and I recently stayed at this charming unit located in the heart of downtown Ypsilanti, Michigan, and it was an amazing experience. We were delighted to discover that the property was within walking distance of many great local restaurants and even food delivery services, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. As a vegan, I was particularly thrilled to find so many options nearby. The unit itself was a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in, surpassing even some of the best hotels I've visited. It was evident that the host had put a lot of effort into maintaining the property, and we appreciated the attention to detail. Speaking of the host, they were an absolute delight to work with. They were extremely helpful and communicative during our stay, making sure that we had everything we needed to feel at home. It was evident that they took pride in their property and genuinely cared about our experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this property enough. My family and I plan to stay with this host again in the future and are already looking forward to our next visit. Whether you're a local or visiting from out of town, this is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a charming and comfortable home away from home.
