This high-end property has been designed for creating large group or family experiences to be remembered for a lifetime. While less than 3 miles to downtown, it is also nestled in 2 acres of pine, bordered by the National Forest on two sides of the property and is very private and secluded. The attention to detail in creating a comfortable stay is next to none with luxury brand mattresses, linens and appliances along with a top-of-the-line Full Body Massage Chair, plenty of comfortable blankets and rugs and beautiful decorations to make it feel like the retreat you have been looking for and dreaming about. High Speed WIFI, office desk for remote work, and dozens of windows with amazing views!

The property boasts close to 3,500 square feet of living space which includes a Private Retreat Suite on the backside of the Main House in addition to a separate 1500 square foot structure that is an Entertainment / Game house. While many will love hanging around the wood burning stove in the main house, or on the massive porch listening to the wind blowing throw the tall pines, others will want to spend time playing pool, ping pong, air hocky, shuffleboard, foosball, poker, arcade basketball, skee-ball or darts. You may also just want to enjoy the bar and gathering space or indulge in the 120" Movie Theatre with powered reclining chairs. Or maybe, you'll just want to hang out in the luxury jacuzzi!

Entertainment House:
The game house includes a full bathroom on the main level in addition to a comfortable Queen Murphy bed on the second level. It also includes a sofa, bar, icemaker and smaller fridge. The poker table has comfortable chairs and converts into bumper pool ball. The other games are noted above and they will provide endless hours of fun. There is also a little play area for infants and toddlers so that the adults / older kids aren’t the only ones having all the fun.

Main House:
The main house includes an exposed beam design, a full bathroom, two bedrooms, a loft with spiral staircase, gourmet kitchen, two family rooms, wood burning fireplace, a sunroom and an incredibly large and relaxing porch area. The Black Bear Room includes a pine Twin over Queen bunkbed with a small Twin pull out as well as some of the best views in the house. The Reindeer Room includes a metal framed Queen over Queen bunk bed in addition to a high quality desk and monitor for working remotely. The Spiral Staircase Loft includes three twin beds and some carpeted play space for little ones if they are in tow. All bedding and mattresses are comfortable and high quality. Each family room has its own treasures. The first (when entering through the front door) includes a high-end “Best Massage” Full Body massager in addition to an extremely comfortable Futon. The other family room has a 55” SMART TV which includes Netflix, HBOMax, DisneyPlus and Hulu in addition to a comfortable memory foam Queen Pull Out Mattress and Wood Burning stove. The kitchen has marble countertops, high end appliances and two dining areas. The kitchen and baths include basics such as soap (hand and dish), toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. The kitchen is designed to feel like you are at home and has all amenities needed to enjoy cooking family meals along with lots of spices and basic cooking supplies. The sunroom has a larger capacity dining table as well as some nice relaxing seating areas and is fully surrounded by windows.

Private Suite Retreat:
This beautiful suite is separate from the main house, on the back lower side of it (passed the hot tub) and we decided to upgrade this little suite to make it the most cozy sleeping quarters on the property. In addition to having the best mattress and linens, it also has a custom, handmade maple bench, faux bear skin rug and a separate SMART TV of its own. Additionally, it has a Full Bathroom, so if you just want to have a little privacy with your larger group, this is a perfect spot.

Outside: High capacity Hot tub / Jacuzzi, propane barbeque, multiple eating areas, porch seating areas and access to the National Park all on the property. Additionally, plenty of onsite parking (12+ cars) and a Fully Enclosed Courtyard around the Main House so dogs can go outside without interacting with the local wildlife.

Other Things to Note: This property includes a laundry room onsite as well as a snow-plow service, but be advised that the driveway is not paved, so you may choose to park up on the street if a snow storm is on its way.

Pets are welcome, and your furry little friends will be an additional $15 / night / pet. Please keep in mind that we recommend that you keep the courtyard gates closed when having your pets go outside. Also, keep them on leash while outside the courtyard since we have active wildlife. Please be respectful of neighbors when on the grounds and move the party to indoors once it gets late.
