Gardens at Beachwalk es una comunidad de condominios de estilo mediterráneo bellamente decorada en el sur de Fort Myers. Los terrenos meticulosamente ajardinados cuentan con abundantes palmeras y dos lagos con fuentes iluminadas. En el centro de este impresionante complejo privado hay una piscina estilo centro turístico de forma libre con spa climatizado y terraza para tomar sol, gimnasio totalmente equipado y casa club con billar y futbolín.

Siéntase como en casa en nuestro condominio en el segundo piso, amueblado y decorado con gusto, a solo dos minutos a pie de la piscina y del centro comunitario. Relájese en la sala de estar de estilo Florida con TV de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas y disfrute del desayuno en la terraza con vista al lago. La cocina abierta está totalmente amueblada con utensilios de cocina, vajilla y cristalería para ocho personas, cafetera, lavavajillas y triturador. El comedor adyacente tiene capacidad para cuatro. La suite principal está equipada con cama king-size, TV de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas, vestidor y baño completo. El segundo dormitorio privado ofrece dos camas individuales, vestidor y baño completo. Internet inalámbrico y televisión por cable con canales de alta definición se proporcionan para su disfrute. Una lavadora y secadora grandes se encuentran en el cuarto de servicio justo dentro de la puerta principal.

Ubicado en la intersección de McGregor Boulevard y San Carlos Boulevard, estás a solo minutos de Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach y Bunche Beach. Beachwalk stay

Dennis was excellent to work with when renting his unit at Beachwalk. We were displaced for several days due to hurricane Milton but enjoyed the condo and the local area very much.

Month of May was fabulous

Everything was as described or better. We had everthing we needed for a one month stay and were very comfortable. The bldg is near the pool which was lovely and relaxing. The location was convenient to beaches and shopping. We would not hesitate to stay again.

A Clean Condo In A Great Location

April 2025 was the 5th time we have rented at the Gardens at Beachwalk, but the first time renting from Dennis. He is an exceptional host. Communicating with him was a breeze. He always responded to my inquiries quickly; both before and during our stay. Our stay during April 2025 could not have gone better. Thank you Dennis for a great month!

Fabulous Florida Vacation

WE LOVED THE CONDO, BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE AND WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN. THE VIEW OF THE POND FROM THE LANAI WAS RELAXING AND WE ENJOYED SITTING THERE LISTENING TO THE BREEZE IN THE PALM TREES. WE WOULD LOVE TO RETURN AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Nice Condo

Great location, although traffic can be an issue going to Ft. Myers Beach. The pool was very nice, and the grounds are very well maintained. The condo is well equipped and it’s nice that the two bedrooms have their own bath. Communication with the property owner Dennis was good throughout. Overall a very enjoyable month.

Great Stay

This property is conveniently located for shopping, restaurants amd activities. It is well equipped with a full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The condo community pool is great. Although Fort Myers Beach is recovering from hurricane Ian some of the businesses are open. We stayed for 2 months as transitioning back to the US from an overseas assignment. Using this condo, which was very nicely priced, was perfect for us. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our Summer in Fort Myers Florida

Our stay at The Gardens at Beachwalk truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very quaint and updated. Kitchen is fully equipped. There was also a closet full of beach accessories (float, cooler, umbrella, etc). Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Just minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The property owner was always helpful and responded to any inquiry. We will definitively book our next vacation here!

Good spot if…

This was a great location for my husband and I to spend a few months in. It’s a great central location to both beach and shops. Unfortunately for us, a couple with 4 kids moved in next door and screaming ensued day and night. The property management company ignored our pleas to deal with it and we left just shy of three weeks after checking in.

Perfect!

My parents were displaced after hurricane Ian and needed housing. Dennis was amazing at communicating with us and took care of all inquiries and issues that arose (cable not working and he got it fixed immediately) The place was clean, comfortable and has everything you need to stay for a while. We truly appreciate Dennis. He is a great host during a difficult time. I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

Condo needs updated

in the living room and bedrooms. It was filthy dirty needs cleaned or replaced. The kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning as well. The bathroom faucets need replaced and the sinks did not hold water. There is no grab bar in the master bedroom shower. The mattresses definitely need replaced in the bedrooms. My husband had to fold 5 blankets to make the single bed comfortable enough to sleep on.lrebedrooms.

The good n bad

Great location had access to everything we needed and wanted to do. Overall, the condo was nice. Couple issues: Master bathtub was dirty had to clean it. Master towel rack underneath the fish fell apart I was able to fix it. The oven was not clean. I preheated it for a pizza and when I opened the door smoke poured out setting off the smoke detectors. I hit the ove self clean button.

Lovely, cozy, convenient condo

I thoroughly enjoyed my condo stay. It was a lovely, clean, cozy, well equipped condo, convenient to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. The host, Dennis was wonderful and communication was great. The community and amenities are great and residents were very friendly. My only negative was thin walls and hearing some younger kids in another unit running around and screaming. I was there for a month while interviewing and visiting with family who live in the area. Unfortunately my stay was cut a few days short due to hurricane Ian and I had to relocate in land due to Mandatory evacuation. Dennis and I kept in contact before the storm Don shutters could be installed and after. I was able to return safely a few days later to retrieve my belongings and update him on the condition of the condo which was thankfully okay. I would have extended my stay another month or longer but due to power and water outage I was unable too. I would definitely stay in this condo and community again and highly recommend it.

Perfect stay

We stayed here for a medical treatment. The place is perfect to accomodate up to 4 persons comfortably. The location is beautiful and the balcony gives a great view on the well maintained garden area. A big plus is the communal swimming pool...as well as the baby gators in the pond! We loved it here!

Helped to make a very enjoyable holiday.

Excellent location with easy access to beaches, lake & slough walks and, for the really hot afternoons, the various malls with their greatly appreciated air conditioning! Several supermarkets are within a few minutes drive. The apartment was very clean thanks to neighbour Kate who also is available to answer and resolve any queries that you may have during your stay. The air conditioning also maintained a pleasant and acceptable temperature which was easy to forget until you ventured out on to the balcony. The Gardens at Beachwalk grounds and lakes are carefully maintained with no observable litter to spoil the area. Look carefully and you will see turtles, fish and perhaps an alligator in the water. The communal pool is only two minutes walk from the apartment. Dennis has a lovely apartment in which we enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to book again.

unit is excellent location for sitting out w/views

Location is perfect for Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva. You can comfortably dine at a different restaurant each and every day for a couple of months. Beaches are beautiful and the pool here is very nice. Work out facilities, shopping nearby and of course beautiful sunsets. You will not be disappointed!

What a perfect location in South Fort Myers! Gardens at Beachwalk is a wonderful community in itself with beautifully landscaped grounds, lovely pool and community center, where we feel very safe and secure. It is centrally located to beaches, restaurants, grocery, shopping, Twins and Red Sox spring training fields, and airport.
