The Space:

Feel right at home in this cozy villa that is set up perfectly for a relaxing trip. The place has a bright living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen that has a gas stove and everything you need to whip up a meal. There is a dining area that fits four people comfortably. Both bedrooms have fresh furniture and tons of space for your clothes. The whole villa has tile floors which gives it a nice clean look. Outside you have your own shaded patio and a fenced backyard to hang out in. You also get a full bathroom and a laundry room to use. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Sarasota so it is a great spot for your Florida vacation.



Guest Access:

Experience complete privacy during your stay with full access to the entire villa. You will have exclusive use of your own front porch, as well as a private, covered, and screened rear porch. A short set of three steps leads you from the rear porch into a fully fenced, block pavered backyard, where you can enjoy outdoor dining with the provided grill or relax on the lounge beds. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located on the rear porch, allowing you to handle laundry needs easily throughout your visit. Please provide your own detergent.

Laurel Park Villas: Just 2 blocks away is the playground and community park. This park has a beautiful gazebo and a newly designed playground for you to enjoy! Many children’s toys can be found there and played with. Please leave them behind for the next child.

Other Things to Note:

The villa is located on a single level, featuring four steps at both the front and rear porches. Free assigned parking is available directly outside your front door. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted. A 500 dollar fee will be assessed for smoking, vaping, or bringing unauthorized animals. Parties and loud behavior are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Exterior security cameras are in operation on the premises. To maintain the system, please do not set the air conditioning below 72 degrees and do not flush any wipes, including those labeled as flushable, down the toilet. We require a copy of your government-issued ID prior to arrival. Please share your anticipated arrival time so we can attempt to accommodate an early check-in, though this is not guaranteed. Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
