Unfortunately, I was notifiied by vrbo that I needed to verify there wasn't going to be a party or they would suspend my account. That was out of my hands and has never happened to me before. The temperature was 50 degrees at night and the air conditioner was set at 70 degrees and was much colder than that. I lowered it even more when you asked, so not sure what the problem was.

This guest made accusations prior to their check in about charges/ payment due to changing their multiple reservation changes. After taking to vrbo for several hours to fix a mistake she made. She continued to harrass me daily about the charges. The guest demanded a 3 hour early check in and didnt want me to finish cleaning due to their non working ac in their car. I finished and they said how wonderful everything looked and said no need to finish we will get it very dirty and also my car leaks oil. They reservation was for 2 small dogs under 20lbs. There were 3 dogs that were well over 40 lbs. The next morning she contacted me about the pool. There was nothing wrong, except all the dog hair in the pool. There was so much dog hair all over bedding and floors, there dogs should not ever be allowed in another house. The guest reassured me dogs don't get on furniture, as I witnessed them jumping on the couch. Their vehicle left oil all over garage floor. The lack of responsibility for the broken bed and cleaning up anything before they left was shocking. I love to meet expectations and will go the extra mile for a guest, and this was one person that will never be happy no matter what. All photos reflect the home accurately.

Thank you for review. I also, gave you a early check in as well as a guest pass for 1 week, for a heated pool close to the house because the climate was not perfect for your stay.
