The Space:
Sophisticated new studio, designed perfectly for those who wish to explore the city and it's night life. Original artwork and vintage furniture from the owner's private collection, creates the unique atmosphere for this unique Studio.

The apartment is 40 sqm., located on the second floor (no elevator) and can accommodates up to 2 people.

Walk in to the main open space, fully air-conditioned, complete with all home comforts, a dining area, full-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave/oven, small refrigerator, Makineta, kettle and refreshments.

The living room with a leather couch, smart TV with access to Netflix, sound bar with Bluetooth connection, dedicated work desk and WIFI.

The open bedroom (no door) featured a double bed with high-quality Egyptian cotton sheets and white towels.

The private bathroom is equipped with a rain shower head.

Guest Access:
The apartment "Room 21" is located on Herzl street, few minutes walk to main public transportation and steps away from Rothschild Blvd. which is well known for it's architecture, rich night life, restaurants, bars etc'.
Only 5 min walk from Neve Tzedek, and Hamesila park, 15 min to Carmel Market & Levinsky Market and in 20 min walk you will be at the beach.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located on Herzl street, steps away from Rothschild Blvd, which is well known for it's Bauhaus architecture, rich night life, restaurants, bar etc.
Minutes walk from main public transportation, 5 minutes from "Neve Tzedek" and "Hamesila park", 12 minutes to "Carmel market" or "Levinsky market" and it will take you only a 20 min walk to get to the beach.

Other Things to Note:
This is a high pulse building, hence there is a lot of activity. This is not a quiet building and during the evenings and weekends there may be noise until closing time between 23:00-03:00, there is performances and special events and lots of beautiful people who will enjoy the complex.
We provide earplugs to our guests.

The apartment has no blackout curtains, there are shutters and it is not possible to completely darken the apartment. It is recommended to bring blindfold as needed.

The apartment is located at the end of the second floor and indeed provides privacy for our guests.
