There is also office space in the upstairs master bedroom for remote working or learning. Each of the 3 floors has 2 balconies for a total of six balconies all with amazing views. Each balcony is furnished. One of the balconies on the main floor has a table for outdoor dining. Perfect for a family to sit outside for fresh air.

All bedrooms have televisions. The televisions in the Living room and Upper Master Bedroom have cable and there are amazon fire sticks in the other 3 bedrooms. The home has speedy internet access and an elevator for convenience.

Rentals are 7 days from Sunday to Sunday.

$200 non-refundable pet fee per pet for two dogs max.

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
