Frank’s Getaway is the perfect getaway for couples, groups of friends & family, business stays and long-term rentals. The space Check us out on for the most up to date info, photos and video! @FranksGetaway Our wonderful home is maximized to fit up to 8 people. It's a cozy fit, but we make it work perfectly. The home is furnished with (1) queen size bed, a bunk bed with (2) full-size mattresses and (1) twin-size trundle, and the couch in the living room is extremely comfortable to sleep on (trust us, we’ve done it once or twice - ha!). If you need an additional inflatable mattress, we can accommodate that. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, BBQ tools, wine glasses, etc. you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch. Or, you can utilize the awesome BBQ in the backyard and grill-out like the true sports fan you are! Also included is a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, etc. Inside the living room you’ll find a massive 65” flat screen TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Sling and more! Inside the garage game room, you’ll find a 55” flat screen TV also equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Sling and more! With these (2) TVs, you won’t miss a game! You’ll also find plenty of blankets to cozy up and tons of board games to enjoy with your family/friends. We have a fantastic 6-person dining table inside the home and a massive picnic table in the backyard for you to enjoy. The home is (2) bedrooms and the beds are extremely comfy and come with plenty of pillows. There is plenty of closet space and drawers for your belongings. AC & heat controlled from a Nest device, for your comfort. In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, paper towels, and more. We have a fantastic, in-depth welcome binder that details everything you need to know about the home, wonderful food/drink recommendations in the area AND we even have a welcome gift for each guest stay :) Our house is so perfect, you'll want to stay forever (and we hope you do!) Self Check-in :) You'll have access to our entire home! The entire house itself, the game-room and the entire backyard are all yours to use and enjoy. There is 1 parking spot in our driveway and plenty of street parking (be mindful of parking signs in the area). We (George and Kayla) live locally and are always available if you need anything or if an issue arises. You’ll have both of our contact info and we’re just a quick message away! We have a full guest book/manual for everything in the house. Costco is around the corner as well as several grocery stores. Plenty of places to eat...and again, SO CLOSE to all LA has to offer :) The neighborhood is walkable, Uber/Lyft is extremely easy. There is a Tesla Supercharger a minute away and another Tesla Supercharger (5) minutes away. Street parking is plentiful (just be aware of parking signs). 1 parking spot is available in the driveway :) In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have a Ring floodlight camera on the front of the garage facing towards the street and a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. There are no other operating cameras at the home. We want you to have a great time, but please be respectful of our home and more importantly, our neighbors. We do not allow any parties at our home. We operate a device called Wynd Sentry which actively monitors noise and smoke (tobacco, marijuana & vaping) and alerts us if there is noise and/or smoke detected. It also creates a report of the alerts. We love our home and our neighbors, and we hope you would treat it in that way as well :) Please message us with any special requests.
