SKYLOFT, your own private piece of the world. Quiet, away from everything, yet not isolated.. SKYLOFT is a 1000-sq-ft apartment set atop a 3-car garage. Totally private. You can't see anyone, and no one can see you--the house that owns it is down the hill under tree cover.

Built to be above the tree line, views of the Ashokan Reservoir and the Catskill mountains are unrestricted. The entire back side of the apartment is glass sliders to the large outdoor deck, so the view is available wherever you are in the space.

SKYLOFT is the epitome of open concept. Vaulted ceiling throughout the space. 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, a beautiful, full kitchen with quartz countertops, full bath w. glass-walled stall shower. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Fooseball table.--you won't want to leave!

We accept dogs under 30 pounds--there is a one-time $35 pet fee..

This apartment is an appropriate size for one couple. We can accomodate one child on the pull-out couch in the living room.

We supply all bed linens and towels. Washer & Dryer available for those staying 3 or more days. We also supply many amenities:

This studio is perfect for a restorative getaway. It is equipped with everything you might need to cook, kick back and relax, and to play (foosball). The sliding doors on one side of the space open up to a cozy porch and breathtaking views. Remote controlled temps and skylight closure ensures your comfort. Communication was effortless. Next time we will book it for a week! Highly recommend.

This place is perfect for 2 people. The view is more awesome than described. We didn’t cook but everything you could possibly need is available to cook. Highly recommend.

This was our second time visiting & we were so happy to be back! Robyn made our stay extra special by leaving out for us some local syrup, coffee & these unbelievable pretzels! So nice to arrive to -thank you! All we did was stare out the windows or hang out on the deck, looking out at the great views there! And, at night, when you can’t see the views, you can enjoy the moon & stars! The inside is so nice & comforting to stay in too! Love all the various lighting inside, it’s so nice & relaxing to be there. And, really like all the wall art all over too! We took rides into town & walked our doggies at the reservoir -so, they had a great time too! Our first nights stay there, a storm passed through & the lights flickered out & the generator came on! Was so nice to have that -as it was hot out, so it kept the air on & everything, which was a relief! But, we had perfect sunny weather after that! We even played with the foosball table this time & it was so much fun!! We look forward to coming back -as always, was great to be back in Woodstock!

Peaceful and lovely fall stay

This location for me was exactly what was needed. Close enough to downtown Woodstock but remote and quiet with a tremendous view. Very clean and comfortable lodging. Helped me immensely to disconnect for a few days. Highly recommend

Best view.

Pictures are all accurate but the view has to be seen in person to be appreciated. Every Sunrise and Sunset brought beautiful subtle colors to the sky and water. So peaceful to watch nature through out the day. The street the house is on is great for walks. House has many comfortable amenities and the bed is comfortable. I would definitely recommend the home

Stunning Fall views!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend celebration of our anniversary and this place was great! The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! And the views of the resevior during the day, over the fall foliage was stunning! Amazing getaway for us! My only complaint is that I would have liked the hot water to be, well, hot. I got out of the shower colder than when I went in, which was less than ideal, but I am one who likes very hot showers. Other than that, this was a great stay!

Wow, what s place to open a book.

This property is amazing. My wife and i stayed for 3 nights, and in that time barely left the property. The view is spectacular and it is the most peaceful place to enjoy a quiet qeekend away.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay! It was a partially working vacation, but it was lovely to wake up each day to that view and join video calls from the deck. My coworkers were jealous. The space is lovely and amenities were great. Only 5 minute drive to restaurants/shops in Woodstock. Would stay again!

Spectacular views - comfortable digs

We stayed two nights. Spencer Rd has the best views in all of the Woodstock area. The space was spacious and clean. The manager was prompt in her communications.

Perfect Woodstock Area Rental

We came here with our dog to celebrate our 10 year anniversary as a couple and left as fiancés! The Woodstock area is near and dear to our hearts and this rental will be our new go to spot. The location is perfect and even in the winter time, the view is stunning! We felt like we were staying in a glamorous tree house. I may not be very good at foosball, but this place is a winner for sure! Thanks for everything, Robyn! Jenny, Dave, and Jude (the dog) 💍❤️

Gorgeous view!

We came for an autumn weekend with our pup and let me tell you--the view is gorgeous! We did have a small issue with lady bugs-there were like 50 of them. But we let Robyn know and she popped over and brought us a can of pet friendly bug spray that took care of it.

Spectacular ‘Skyloft’ View!

We stayed at ‘Skyloft’ for a long weekend & had a really nice stay! Upon arrival, the view was what we rented this for & it was really spectacular! We didn’t even want to go anywhere -we had the best view, so why leave! So, we cooked & grilled there & just stared out at the 180 degree view! The Skyloft was clean, private & very comfortable. Robyn is a great host & called us right away on a small issue we had there & together we got it taken care of! She was also gracious with some welcome items, like local coffee -we left there for the next tenants, noticed there was a bag already opened, so we used that -it was delicious coffee! Also, local honey, apple butter & doggie treats awaiting when we arrived, very sweet & thoughtful & much appreciated! We used the honey & apple butter on pumpkin bread we got at,’Woodstock Meats’ store, we also got some good steaks from there too & grilled them out on the deck, savoring every minute we could of the view there. The sunrise was amazing! Just a few tips -the water I think is well water, so space out your showers amongst each other & there’s a nice set of stairs that are beautifully stained with a nice stairwell -but, you’ll be using them a lot, if you have dogs like us, who need their walks! Need stairs to be up high to see that great view! Great lighting inside too! Look forward to return -thanks, for renting this out for all to enjoy! Sincerely, Rich, Jane & the dachies!

Fantastic views

We had a nice, relaxing getaway stay at the place. Gorgeous expansive view of the valley and the water. Feels very airy and open. Can sit outside on the spacious deck, enjoy the sun and the breeze, and gaze at the clouds go floating by. The view constantly changes and can enjoy dramatic sunset sky. Enjoyed golf (Wiltwyck) and dinners in Woodstock. A big grocery store Hannaford just 10 minute drive was a huge plus. Robyn was very helpful and communication was great. No cable tv connection, but streaming tv worked.

Fabulous loft

Lovely loft work amazing views! Very private but a quick drive to town and all that Woodstock has to offer. Robyn is a very sweet and responsive host, she drove over late in the evening to help us figure out the TV. Highly recommend!

Reservoir dogs

Dog friendly and the view is breathtaking. App wasn’t working for check in but the property manager was on it! It’s a great place with a million dollar view only downfall is the flight of very steep stairs which basically are in the bedroom. Clean and well stocked with games, kitchen needs etc.
