Welcome to Everwood Retreat! This NEW build in the Smokies adds a hint of glam and luxury to the charm of a cabin in the woods. The Retreat is nestled on a hill overlooking a newly developed private neighborhood. While being a quiet spot tucked away from the crowds, you’ll still enjoy the convenient location to popular tourist attractions:

BEDROOMS

Both bedrooms in Everwood Retreat feature a King-sized bed, TV and black-out curtains. There’s also direct access to the first floor deck where the hot tub is located! Upon arrival, guests can drive right up to the first floor and drop their luggage off in the bedrooms. The third sleeping option is a high-quality leather sleeper sofa in the living room. The sofa bed contains a queen sized mattress with a built in memory foam topper. The bedding is located in the storage bench nearby. Black-out curtains also available in the living room
Baby items: We provide a play pen with mattress and a baby monitor. Please alert me before your arrival if you'll be needing these items

BATHROOMS

The three bathrooms provide plenty of space for all our guests to use during their stay. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a closet, vanity and walk-in tiled shower. The second full bathroom is conveniently located a short distance from the bedroom and game room. This features a larger tub/shower combo and vanity. The third bathroom is a half bath located between the living and dining space.
We provide a starter pack of shampoo, soap and body wash. Please plan to bring more for long stays. You’ll have plenty of towels and also a washer & dryer on the first floor.

Kitchen&Living Room

The second floor is home to a welcoming and stylish open concept kitchen & lounge area. The 75’’ Smart TV ensures all our guests can watch their favorite program gathered together.
You can also just hang out in front of the cozy electric fireplace. Choose your desired heat setting, color of the fire and kick back and relax.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and most everything you’ll need to cook & serve up a meal. We included a few of our favorite small appliances, like an air fryer, blender, rice maker and more. The huge granite island is a great spot to prep your dinner and there’s seating for hanging out there too.
All our appliances are brand new (just like everything else) and are stainless steel. This includes a refrigerator, electric stove&oven, and dishwasher.

Entertainment

There’s lots to keep you busy in the cabin when you’re done sight-seeing. The game room has a full-size air hockey table, board games and an arcade.
The upstairs deck has an out door patio set and comfy lounge chairs and a fire pit. Sit under the stars surrounded by the twinkling string lights.
The downstairs deck has a huge hot tub, that’s always hot and ready for our guests.

Guest access
You’ll have the entire cabin to yourself! We have a few small owners closets that are locked along with a locked utility closet in one of the bedrooms.

There are 2 security cameras. One points at the lower entrance towards the driveway and the other points at the entrance towards the grill.

Guests will need to use stairs to access the entire property. There are two entrances. One on the lower level that goes directly to the bedrooms (both bedrooms have smart locks). The upper level can be accessed indoors through the game room or outside by the slate-rock staircase.

There are 3 TVs total. Streaming services only- NO CABLE TV

Free Wi-Fi . Supports streaming multiple devices

This is a new neighborhood of only 4 cabins. This means the grass and landscaping has not quite grown in yet.

Pests: We have a professional team of pest control experts who service our cabin monthly. It’s impossible to get rid of every bug that may get in the cabin, but we sure do try

Toiletries & Paper Products: We provide a starter supply of bathroom toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Most guests comment on how well-stocked our properties are, but you may need to bring/buy more supplies to support your stay.

Please do not leave food outside. We do not want to attract any animals, big or small. All garbage should be securely placed in the bear-proof cage outside the cabin.
