Cozy lakeside cabin retreat located on E. Rush lake. Great Fishing here!

Adorable lake side cabin with a Sandy beach. We love waking up in the morning and having coffee on the cute porch overlooking the lake. We do have a paddle board for you to enjoy during your stay.
Take a ride to one of the 2 amazing bars on the lake for great food, drinks and games! If you want to stay in you can enjoy the fully updated interior with updated kitchen and appliances.
Outside you will enjoy fishing off the dock, swimming, paddle boarding or enjoy lawn games.
The boat launch is located only a few miles away.
In the winter you will enjoy coming into a cozy living room to warm up in after ice fishing.
Our family have caught some nice fish on this lake.

Bedroom/office- laundry is in this rooms closet. This room is left open and it can be used as a 3rd bedroom/sleeping area.

Views- Great Lake views from the inside of the cabin as well as the porch.

Pros: check in and check out were very fast and easy! Communication was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had enough cooking utensils to make preparing meals easyCons: lake was not swimmable, we found out it does this almost every August. That would have been nice to know prior to booking. Dock was covered in duck poop that had been there awhile, would have been nice to have that cleared for our arrival. Overall cleanliness of the house could have been better. A professional clean prior to guest arrival was lacking.

Nice house

The house was very nice and clean, I would definitely stay again. The only downside was a lot of duck poop on the dock, which can be difficult to maintain with the amount of ducks around.

The cabin is a nice place to stay. The location is awesome. Kitchen is very nicely done and convenient; however, the cabinets were in a bit of disarray and poorly furnished. It was clean everywhere except the bathroom mats looked very used and not too clean. Just a few tweaks and it would be excellent. The weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoors or the lovely screen porch, but that's no fault of the site. We did enjoy being there.

Great Cabin, small with one bathroom but definitely worth staying there. Great Lake accessibility

Would definitely stay again. Cabin itself very clean just wish they could clean front deck and porch a little better. A lot of cobwebs.

Lovely Lake Cabin

We chose to stay at this cabin instead of a hotel while attending a wedding. I loved that it was on the lake and had space for my family. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the screened-in porch each morning. The flat yard and easy beach access would be great in the summer. It was so peaceful. We slept great!

Weather Sucks

The property is great, we really enjoyed the screened porch area. It was very quiet in the neighborhood the week we were there, which we enjoyed. Unfortunately there had been a lot of rain in the previous weeks, the lake level had gotten so high that we couldn't access the boat dock, and a majority of the back yard and the firepit was too wet to use. Not a fault of the property owner obviously, but be advised. The property was well stocked with incidental items. There was a lot of carryover food from previous users in the pantry and the fridge. Overall, it was a good week and very relaxing.

Cozy Cabin

We were looking for a quiet, calm and cozy place to hang out at the lake and this was perfect. It had everything we needed and was everything we needed for some relaxation.

Amazing cabin!

This property was very well maintained and clean inside and outside. Inside felt “homey” and very well stocked with items to use. Literally anything you need it’s in there! We stayed here for a fishing tournament and everyone loved it. Autumn is very good at communicating and getting back to you promptly. Definitely would recommend staying here!!

Family Visit

We were up visiting family so was nice to stay close by out at the lake. Cold out so couldn’t take advantage of the outdoors but worked well.

Great east rush lake rental!

Even though it rained most of the time, this was a Great Lake rental! Awesome sandy beach my kids loved. Dock was still in the water, making it easy for my husbands fishing. Inside was well equipped wnd clean. And communication/help. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy!

What a cute little cabin! We stayed here with our pets and our newborn and I can’t say enough how comfortable our stay was. The screened in porch was a perfect escape that allowed us to be outside with our pets but safe from bugs and heat. It had fans, tables for games and meals, and even a tv out there. Inside was also cozy and included everything we could need. Lastly, what a beautiful view! Highly recommend this cabin and host to others.

Overall great lake home vacation

We had a great time on our vacation to rush lake. The cabin was exactly as described in the listing and the kids loved the big sandy beach. Unfortunately, no fault of the owners, the lake was green for half our trip and unusable. You can tell it was recently updated on the inside on we spent most morning on the screened in porch which is a great bonus space. I would have given this 5 stars but it lacked outdoor seating. There was no furniture on the deck and no chairs around the campfire.

Peaceful

The lake view is beautiful. The house is clean, decently stocked, and in a peaceful location. Hoping in the future they will add a book of info. Questions we had were not answered via phone or text- a clear book would eliminate this need.

Fun time on Rush Lake

We enjoyed our time here. The house itself was very nicely updated. The beach was very nice and the kids had fun playing in the sand and on the swing. The only thing that could have been better was the water was green with that algae and my oldest daughter didn’t want to swim in it, the younger kids didn’t care. Still had a good time.

Wonderful Summer Spot

Our second trip to this wonderful cabin for a long summer weekend. We had a great time celebrating a relaxing birthday. Such a great location, convenient amenities and comfortable stay. Everything you need to stay in and relax or hit the lake. Great kitchen and grill for cooking meals in. 5 stars all around.

Great family weekend getaway!

The cabin was a perfect place to spend the weekend for our family of 7 (all adults) for our niece’s wedding. We enjoyed the cabin and screened porch. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and the gas grill worked great. Fishing off the dock was very good with many northern pikes landed, even 1 that was close to 3 feet long. We were even able to enjoy a fire by the lake. All in all it was a enjoyable place to stay for our family!

This place is an absolute gem! The house was clean and organized, the property was beautiful right on the lake and the owners were very communicative and helpful. This was our second time staying at the property and we will definitely be coming back.

Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice lake home. Exactly as shown in the listing pictures and description. We enjoyed the porch to get out of the sun and cool off under the ceiling fans and a bugless retreat at night. We loved watching the Purple Martins glide around catching bugs. We also saw Bald Eagles, Cranes, Orioles, Yellow Warblers and more. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Birthday weekend stay

We wanted a close place north of the twin cities to do a surprise birthday celebration. Found this cozy place near by. The property was super lovely with all the essentials of a weekend stay - the siblings loved the screened patio with the lake view. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. The property manager was super responsive to the questions we have. Couldn’t be more happier with this place.

Holiday getaway

We had an amazing time with our grandkids. Great location, adorable place that was very clean with a beautiful view of the lake. Accommodations are cozy and well stocked both inside and outside with comfortable seating, cooking gear, central air, and shade. The owners were fantastic -they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and that you have a great stay. If you want a very quiet location with a great lake to play on....this is for you! We have already booked our vacation to return again this summer.

Adorable and high quality property stay

Adorable doesn’t quite do this property justice. It is an amazing opportunity to relax, recreate and socialize on a pristine lake with great access. The property is fantastically appointed, all the comforts of home but steps away from the lake and the sandy beach. Modern appliances abound – from the kitchen, living space, bathroom, and the bedrooms – will provide a relaxing stay. The pictures were accurate and represented our time there. Beds were comfortable, bathroom as spotless as the rest of the cabin, living space clean and the screened in porch – fantastic. The lake has many offerings – from the sandy beach, fishing as an option or just relaxing and soaking in the sounds. One of two boat landings is just minutes away. The owners are very responsive and were able to answer all our questions and accommodated our stay in a great manor. Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to schedule another visit.

cozy cabin on a beautiful lake

a nice cozy cabin that had everything we needed. If it would have been summer I can only imagine how much more wonderful it would have been! I would recommend a stay here.
