2 master suites, hot tub, fireplace, free internet, rustic cabin perfect for families or couples, secluded area

“Buckeye” is a log cabin surrounded by hard wood timber at the end of the road with a nice big circle drive. A beautiful wrap around porch and a large covered open air living space with plenty of seating. Perfect for sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of your favorite wine at sunset. It has open style comfy furnishings in the living area including cathedral ceilings, a stone gas fireplace, wood and tiled floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The 2 master suites makes it ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4, even a couple looking for a little extra space. The king master suites offers high-quality mattresses and linens and both have attached bathrooms.

Took a star for lack of wi-fi. They state speeds may vary but there was no wifi at all. Cell phones are very unreliable in this area, I knew this going in but ex0ected to have some sort of connection even if it was extremly slow.

We loved our stay here. This is a lovely cabin in the woods. Quiet and plenty of fun stuff for our 8 and 10 year old grandkids.

Just what the doctor ordered

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary get away and loved it! It’s remote, but has a convenience store and cafe just a couple of minutes away. We had zero cell service (Verizon), and the internet was minimal (hard to download pictures via text), but we were able to get enough internet to watch some movies on Netflix. The hot tub and fire pit were really great, as well as the little walk down to the lake. Beds were comfy, kitchen had what we needed. Very pleasant!

Thanksgiving Weekend

The cabin was beautiful. The wild life was amazing. If you plan on cooking anything big or a holiday meal remember to bring additional pans, mixing bowls etc.. There is the bare amount of pots and pans and bowls. We were there for 4 days and did have to find a store on day 3 to purchase paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. We will definitely return. We will just be better prepared when packing supplies. The only other problem which was an easy fix was upon arrival the cabin smelled closed in and like gas. It was an easy fix. We opened all the doors and turned on the ceiling fans. And my husband went to the store to purchase air freshener. Everything was fixable and we relaxed and enjoyed the weekend.

Perfect getaway

The cabin was perfect! Beautiful wrap around porch, kitchen has all needed supplies for cooking, games, beautiful fireplace, hot tub and more. This cabin was perfect for a relaxing getaway weekend for my best friend and my daughter and I. It had everything we needed.

Amazing Cabin

The cabin was truly Amazing!!! It had all the amenities one would need and only a short drive to town. The beds and linens were soft and very comfy! The cabin is situated away from other cabins which was exactly what we were looking for! The communication with rental company was excellent!!! Truly an Amazing experience!!! I highly recommend!!

Wonderful Cabin and Relaxing Vacation

The cabin was perfect for us (2 couples) and was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. The walk to the lake was not far and a storm came in as we were walking and made everything seem even more beautiful! We beat the heat on the back deck which had fans and was well-shaded. The tether-ball game and horseshoes was fun! The fire pit was perfect! Between 8-10pm the fireflies/lightning bugs were out in the hundreds and made the woods look like they were sparkling! We saw deer, birds, spiders 😬, and all sorts of beautiful other plants and animals! We will be back!

Great cabin!

We really enjoyed the cabin and it had just about everything you could think of. There was tetherball, cornhole and horseshoes that the kids could play. The location was amazing! Loved being at the end of the road secluded in the trees. All in all it was a great stay!

Beautiful Cabin

Cabin was everything promised in description. The trail for hiking right off of the back of the deck was nice! Very spacious inside and out. Me and my family very much enjoyed our stay here and will be back!
