Inviting newly remodeled midtown home just 2 blocks from the fairgrounds, 2 minutes from TU & Cherry Street, and 7 minutes from the BOK Center, Cain's Ballroom, Guthrie Green & downtown Tulsa. This 2-bedroom home is perfect for couples, small families, solo adventurers, & business travelers. It has a lovely outdoor space with deck in a peaceful neighborhood. Fully remodeled kitchen. Not to mention the beds are comfy & the WiFi is strong. (Dogs are negotiable, if they ask nicely, ha!)

1470 sq. ft of living space w/ wide driveway for plenty of parking, and a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker, and full-sized washer & dryer available for your use. A fully fenced backyard w/ flowers & fruit trees makes for a lovely view as you relax on the deck. Master bedroom can easily sleep 2 in the king bed, while the second bedroom can sleep up to 2 in a queen bed.

So so good! This is the only place we will stay if we have to stay here in Tulsa for any reason.The beds are SO COMFY!! 10/10. Everything is so cute and clean. The hosts were easy to get in contact with. It exceeded our expectations!

Great location! This home was cozy and held just enough of the older home charm! The gardens and lawn were top notch, which left you feeling you had privacy from the neighbors and street view. The hosts were very prompt and kind, one of the best hosts I have ever had.

BEST RENTAL EVER

This rental was amazing! They had so much there for you so you did not have to buy the little stuff, The rooms were separate as was dining and living room so you could spread out or close doors and not disturb the rest of the family! Excellent yard but spent most my time in the little nook with plants around I just loved loved this rental. Comfortable beds good water pressure well stocked it was super cute and clean!!

Home away from home

It would be difficult to imagine how the accommodations could have been improved upon. It is a clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located, accessible to all Tulsa has to offer. The rooms and furnishings reflect the home’s original charm, while the updated kitchen offers all the modern conveniences. The hosts have worked hard to anticipate all the guests might require. I hope it will be available to me on my next visit to Tulsa.

This house was perfect, charming, clean and welcoming! Clark does an amazing job of checking in and making sure all needs and questions are met! He was really a perfect host! The most precious place to stay!

I had a lovely stay, and the host was excellent with communication. I was worried about potential weather, and he was very quick to respond and offered for me to use their basement at their home if needed. The house is so chic and comfy, and in a great area!

Work trip

We were in Tulsa for an event at the Tulsa Expo center and this home was the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds and lovely furnishings. Lots of dining options nearby too which was an added bonus.

Super clean, with a great fenced in yard

We have stayed at this property a couple of times now when visiting Tulsa. If you are traveling with pets, they have a great fenced in yard. The house is very clean and we really appreciate that they provide shampoo, conditioner, and other personal care items. The owners manage the property themselves which always seems to make a big difference.

Cozy, Clean, Convenient, and Safe

The house was so cozy with all its little sitting areas. I was there for work and it was nice to have a desk to set up at so I could get some things done before and after going to meetings. The location made for easy access to downtown, good restaurants, and the highway when it was time to leave. I took my dogs and they loved the backyard. My oldest did his best to find an escape route, but was unsuccessful.

It has a classic charm--a something-old and something-new feel about it with all of its woodwork and surrounded by lovely grounds. Like us, you'll feel so at home and comfortable there.
