The Oasis Casita is our coziest property in the Vacay In Tucson collection. We’re locally owned and operated and have a deep love for Tucson, which is why we have incorporated much of the local flavor into our design. This modern Southwestern-style guest house gives you a luxury experience you won’t forget.

This comfortable 400 square-foot, fully-furnished casita provides a well stocked kitchen with full size appliances easy for cooking or reheating leftovers. To help get your day started, we provide a starter supply of organic coffee, organic half & half, and multiple ways to brew your perfect cup of joe.

After a day in the desert sun, refresh yourself in our spa-like bathroom. Recently remodeled, it features custom hand-painted tile from both Fireclay and local artist Carly Quinn Designs. We’ve prioritized quality sleep with the new plush Helix Midnight Luxe mattress that is fiberglass-free and offers medium firm support. Plus, the 100% Pima cotton sateen sheets, assortment of quality pillows, a white noise machine, and blackout cellular blinds will help provide a restful sleep so that you feel recharged and refreshed.

Shared with your (awesome) hosts, enjoy a spacious yard with two relaxing Brazilian-style hammocks, a chiminea, sectional sofa with lounger, a fire pit with seating and MORE! We have a chocolate lab that you may see from time to time and he will beg for a game of fetch if you're up for it.

HOT TUB: In the shared backyard, the hot tub is available for guest use. A few things to note:
- Everyone MUST shower before entering the hot tub to maintain clear water.
- Hours of use are between 8am - 10pm .
- Note that a hot summer day can make the hot tub too hot to safely use, so it may not be available depending on the weather.

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented laundry cleaning products. We're also eco friendly and provide personal care and cleaning products from Public Goods for our guests to use. Eco features include recycling, dual-flush toilet, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a sink water filter so you can get great quality water straight from the tap. Don't forget to pack a reusable water bottle!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
You’ll have the entire guest house, shared backyard, and a dedicated parking spot.
- NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT FEE: There is a 5% payment processing fee that is non-refundable. If you book then cancel, our credit card processor doesn't refund fees.
- OUTDOOR KITCHEN: The oven, sink, and prep area are available for guest use. The grill is not available for guest use.
- POOL: The pool itself is not included as part of the listing; however, you may use the loungers and umbrellas by the pool.
- HOT TUB IN THE SUMMER: The hot tub is not available as an amenity from June - August. Why? When outside temps soar over 100*, the sun heats the water to unsafe temps.
- FIRE PIT AND CHIMINEA: We have a wood-burning fire pit and a separate chiminea; however, we do NOT provide wood. If you’d like to use it, please let us know ahead of time so we can check on the current fire warnings for our area.
- GOLF: Let us know in advance if you’d like to use the golf driving range — we’re happy to set up the net for you!
- WASHER/DRYER: This is a small, all-in-one European-style unit (1-2 outfits per load). We provide unscented detergent and fabric softener.
- PRIMARY GUEST: Must be over the age of 28, verify their identity (much like when staying at a hotel), sign a rental agreement, is responsible for payment, and is physically staying at the property for the duration of the stay.
