The space

Bedroom 2 has a Queen hybrid mattress, 2 small nightstands and 2 lamps. Includes a closet with room to hang clothes & store items.

Downstairs a bar with mini wine fridge, Countertop ice maker, 2 oversized bean bag chairs, 2 pier one import chairs, sleeper couch bedding can be provided if need be for addl sleeping, 55” Roku tv w extension bar to plug in your fav game council, cards & board games, books, & plenty of extra space, full bath with standup shower, washer & dryer.

Beach access to river as well as our house has small boat ramp perfect for kayaks. This area of the river is in a cove and has a constant aquifer stream year round. Home to many birds, eagles, and all kinds of wildlife.
Guest access
Guests will enter home through front door. Driveway located right next to home. Front Patio/ deck spans length of house has 3 short steps. Home has back doors (3 sliding doors on top deck & sliding walk out basement door) which will only be accessible after front of house entry.

Our home is close proximity to our neighbors. Courtesy to their space and noise levels is appreciated.
Home has a well /septic tank. We have a reverse osmosis water filter at kitchen sink and a whole house filter as well. Plus a water softer.
