Recently Remodeled House in Popular Montavilla
Lovely recent remodel, detached on lot with closed store but you will have the entire house and yard to yourself. Short walk to popular Montavilla shopping, food/drink, theatre and more. Very close to Mt. Tabor, one of PDX's most iconic Nature Parks for biking and views. In a quiet but trendy neighborhood setting that is very walkable. You are nearby nature destinations for the PNW as well as the popular areas of PDX metro. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, living room futon, nice kitchen and bath.
The space
This home is in a lovely section of the Montavilla neighborhood, a quiet spot on a corner lot but on a street popular for bike riders, dog walkers and neighborhood strollers.
The house is a one level with laundry access in the basement. The space is furnished in a mid-century modern style with two queen bedrooms equipped with brand new Stumptown Hybrid cooling mattresses, comfy blankets, sheets and pillows. Help yourself to complimentary welcome snacks, fresh coffee beans, tea, and dairy based creamer. We also offer a comfortable roll out pad and the sofa can be turned into a bed if additional spots are needed.
The house is recently remodeled with nice touches such as wood block sealed counters, subway tiles and brand new carpets and flooring. The living room is equipped with a 55inch smart TV with Netflix access and other popular apps available if you would like to access them. The TV also is connected to an impressive sound bar that also can be connected to your Bluetooth to listen to your music and shows in style.
The house is a short walk to the popular Montavilla food, bar and boutique scene with some of the better food and drink spots in Portland. There is also a Sunday Market and classic style theatre that offers food and alcoholic drinks while you take in a show. You are also very close to Mt. Tabor and the popular neighborhoods of SE Hawthorne, Division and Belmont street as well as quick freeway access to PDX airport, the gorge and even Mt. Hood and other prime destinations.
