It's impressive outdoor space provides all you need for an escape to paradise. Featuring outdoor dining, comfortable sofa seating, loungers, and a relaxing hammock on the grass, there's a place for everyone and none can go wrong. Enjoy the impressively large grassy lawn leading out directly to private beach access of your own. The floor-to-ceiling windows continue into the primary suite so you can wake up to the blissful sounds of the waves crashing and go to sleep with magical sunset rays shining in. The front grass area is private except for a 5-10ft easement which allows beachgoers to sit on the edge/wall.
Homeowners are severely allergic to pet hair. Under no circumstances are pets allowed at this home.
The primary suite and guest bedroom are located on the main floor. There is one guest bedroom up a flight of stairs.
Windansea Beach can be dangerous for swimmers with strong shore break. We do not advise swimming unless you are experienced in the ocean.
The bonus room is a detached, private room with a King and Queen Bed. This room has a separate entry and not accessed through the home.
The fireplaces are inoperable.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Neighborhood Notes:
This home is located in Windansea, a La Jolla neighborhood. Windansea Beach is directly south of La Jolla village in San Diego. Explore the charming village of nearby La Jolla- with a great selection of restaurants, enchanting coves, and a spectacular 1-mile clifftop walk. Windansea offers private beach access from backyard to the sandy oceanfront. Windansea is a short drive to Sea World, and a half hour to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!

Best possible management team and maybe the most perfect house in San Diego

Stayed for a week with 5 adult children (18-27) March 11-18,2023 Management : so well done want to hire them! communicated before arrival during at end of stay to make anxiety free that aspect of renting a house House: perfection inside and out. Inside everything first class and had anticipated every need From the couches to the beds to the towels everything so comfortable All appliances perfect pool table great but really the only thing you need for your stay is the ability to sit and watch the ocean from all the rooms. Dolphins and sea lions playing surfers dogs on the beach we were so happy watching the ocean from inside and out and taking walks on the beach that we didnt really go anywhere and nobody wanted to leave even for dinner (let’s order and eat on the terrace or dining room ). The town was so easy to get around and so many good food options We have a big beach house on the Atlantic Ocean and we couldnt figure out how everything was so clean and tidy - amazing work by the management staff . I don’t have one single complaint(ok weather not perfect but even the rain days the house was cozy) thanks for an absolutely perfect family vacation Nd already planning a return trip to Neptune place

LaJolla Getaway

Property and home have amazing views. The kitchen is incredible. So many areas of the home have views of the ocean. The house is set up nicely so multiple couples or family members can have private areas with bathrooms of their own. There is also a separate room that has entry on the outside of the home for more people to stay. Big Tvs everywhere in the house. The property management company (Swell) were amazing to work with. Quick communication and always ready to handle any issue that arose. We truly enjoyed our stay at this property.
