Great location

Very nice - and comfortable - condo. Perfect location - near many of the things we wanted. Great pool, storage, amenities, and just what we wanted for a month-long stay. Highly recommended!

Great location

The condo was cozy and comfortable. The lanai overlooking the lake—a perfect spot for morning coffee. We loved being close to the Legacy Bike Trail, biking to the trail directly from the condo. Connie was quick to respond to any of my questions.

Condo of Convenience and Beauty

My husband and I were here for a month right after hurricane Ian, so that he could work as an insurance adjuster. This condo provided all we needed: full kitchen, lovely back lania overlooking the lake, washer/dryer, dining room that was his office space, car port, and storage closet that stored our bicycles. Location was nice with park across the street (pickleball), historic Venice, and nearby legacy bike trail. Connie was very responsive and always kind! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice get away in Venice. We hope our travels in the future will bring us back.

The condo complex is very quiet, residents are friendly, nice pool. Connie is a excellent host and very accommodating. Close to beaches and restaurants, The place itself is in dire need of upgrading, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture needs attention.

Great Venice location!

We spent March 2022 here and it was lovely. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean and quiet.. Perfect for us!

The location was the best feature of the property for us. We were able to bike all around the area, and the park across the street had many recreational opportunities.

Wa well maintained condo in attractive surroundings convenient to all Venice attractions

Spent a quiet month in Jan, 16 in this well maintained condo in an off island area of Venice convenient to Publix, the YMCA, historic downtown Venice and its beautiful beaches. Everything that is needed to set up housekeeping is already there. The owner quickly replaced a defective refrigerator with a new, stainless, French door LG. The sunsets over the lagoon with its own gator were memorable. Would not hesitate to return to this lovely condo in Venice.

A Welcome Change

Immaculate, comfortable condo close to great restaurants, beaches and shopping. Owners are very conscientious and care about their property. Beautiful lanai where you can observe wildlife. Very well maintained property with a front and back lanai so you can have a nice cross breeze. Highly recommend!

The owner was excellent to work with, answering any questions and uncertainties that we had. The location was great and central to everything we wanted to do while in the Venice area. Wonderful condo

We have rented here for several years, it is such a comfortable place, it feels like a second home. Venice is the best location, everything is so easily accessable. If you love the sun , the beach and shopping this is the place to be! Oh and lot's of entertainment too!

Condo rented in 2012 Season---Jan and Feb

We rented this condo for the 2012 season of two months and enjoyed it very much. In fact, we are planning to rent it again for next year. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The lani is glass enclosed which permits you to use it as another room. All the amenities and internet are very usable and up to date. The condo is close to the community pool which is heated. All the people around are friendly and you are close to shopping and about two miles to the beach. Highly recommended if you desire the Venice area.

My husband and I live in Massachusetts, north of Boston. We would love to spend more time in FL but I am not retired yet. We love being near the ocean both in MA and in FL. My husband retired from 40 years in the food industry while I am in Education. He came to the US from Greece 43 years ago. We raised 3 children in MA. Two daughters live in MA and my son lives in Greece. We love traveling, socializing with friends and family and playing cards. Our condo is great for all the things we love. We have visited Venice many times over the years and love the old world charm. I have a sister and brother-in-law who have lived in Nokomis (3 miles from our condo) for over 16 years. We have enjoyed the great dining in Venice and surrounding area and the cultural events including boat parades and the theatre. The variety of beaches on the gulf have great sand and warm waters. The sunsets over the gulf keep you in awe and wanting to live everyday there. Having experienced the east coast of Florida in West Palm and Miami, we knew we would only buy on the west coast.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My favorite part of the day is having morning coffee on the lanai and watching the wildlife on the lake that is steps from our unit. It is peaceful and a great way to start the day. There is a fabulous 125 acre park across the street that has picturesque walking trails and other activities. My sister can tell you all the great places to shop for bargains, dine, and knows all the events that take place in the area each season. Since my brother-in-law has construction experience he is always helpful with renters in our condo if anything goes wrong.
