Beautiful cabin style casita on five acres with private lake and creek

Located only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville on Setters Lake. It has a private 2-acre lake for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boating along with a dock and beach area. The lake house comes with an open pavilion area with an outdoor kitchen, living area, ping pong table, hot tub, and outdoor shower.

The private beautiful cabin style casita has 660 square feet of open space to the kitchen, living room, and bedroom with a bathroom including tub/shower combo. There is a private deck off the bedroom overlooking a bubbly creek. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home. There is a separate wifi access for the cabin.

This property is surrounded by nature and sits just adjacent to the main house. It backs up to 2700 acres of hiking trails with 3 trailheads and a nature center.

You will not find anything like this in all of Nashville. Enjoy the city life and honky tonks then come back to relax and retreat. It’s guaranteed to be a most memorable and relaxing vacation to remember!

Beautiful, serene and only 20-25 minutes from downtown Nashville. It was so peaceful and welcoming, wonderful lake and outdoor seating areas, babbling stream running alongside the property. It was so nice that we chose to spend more time there than visiting the sites in Nashville.Host was very responsive to any questions and provided a wonderful guidebook to area dining, music, etc.

Wonderful stay at Jennifer's cabin. Property was tranquil and relaxing. Cute pond and creek were so peaceful. Close to stores and downtown Nashville for a night out, but secluded enough to enjoy some R&R. Very clean place and communication with Jennifer was easy. Her beautiful pup Pharoah was extremely sweet and enjoyed our company. Would definitely recommend staying at Jennifer's place.

We loved it here!

This is the type of place you booked because it was close to the stuff you want to do (Grand Ole Opry, downtown Nashville, birdwatching spots, etc.), but it was so wonderful, you are now considering rebooking because the location itself is worthy of another visit. Thank you!

Anniversary trip

Very lovely property just outside of Nashville. Peace and quiet of the country but close enough to city life! Hostess was amazing and the property met all expectations from the photos and description. Well worth the stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Honeymooners

This spot was so quiet and peaceful and exactly what we were looking for to relax and enjoy a couple days from our busy lives. It was about 20min outside the city but honestly we only visited downtown one evening and spent most of our time in east Nashville. It was a scorcher of a week but were able to use the kayaks and enjoyed a cool morning on the water while we were there and it was soooo much fun! The hosts friendly Shepard felt like our personal life guard and was so so sweet! Would definitely book here again the next time we get some time off!! We stayed 5 nights and still didn’t see everything! Could not recommend this place more!

The property is breathtaking with its babbling brooks, pond and lovely grounds. I would recommend this place as a getaway to recharge. The nearby preserve was easy to get too and had easy trails to enjoy. I would rebook this place.

Peaceful and Relaxing

A very private and peaceful getaway on the outskirts of Nashville. All the amenities of home and then some are included. If you are looking for peace and serenity, I would highly recommend this place. The property is well maintained and clean inside and out. Balm for the soul

Jennifer's place is an absolute gem with close proximity and an easy drive to Nashville. We loved the serenity and privacy of the property--it's even more beautiful than the listing photos. The creekside hot tub was pure bliss, and the cabin included everything we needed plus some special, thoughtful touches. Jennifer was responsive and kind and very respectful of our privacy. A quiet retreat

It was so quiet and cozy. Big medicine was just what my husband and I needed after a long day. Our hostess was kind and communicated often. It was nice having a full working kitchen. Its close to so much. It was clean and had all the creature comforts.10 out of 10 rating and I would stay again.
