Chicago has been my frequent vacation location in the last three years since my son started his medical residence here. I’ve tried different hotels and bnb’s, this is the best! Kwan was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The apartment was very clean and convenient. The free parking space was a stress reducer, especially in a nice neighborhood in Chicago. We loved everything in the unit. I Will definitely check back again for my next visit. Thank you for all your help!

Vacation in Evanston/Rogers Park

My family and I stayed here for my granddaughter’s graduation from Loyola. It was convenient, clean, and had all the amenities that you could possibly wish for in a home.

Real nice place

Very well kept and clean place with some nice attention to detail--shampoo in the shower, some pods and coffee for the coffee maker, some cooking provisions. Would definitely stay there again.

Quick Chicago getaway

I had a quick bookstore shopping trip with my two college-aged kids. The apartment was spacious and light and a prefect location for us to explore. The off-street parking was definitely a plus. Kwan was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice Apartment

This was a very nice apartment with a large updated kitchen and nice furniture. They had alot of nice extras like an espresso machine and phone charger.

We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was perfect for 3 couples. We were in Chicago for a wedding reception and other activities. We could walk to a few restaurants and everything else was a short Lyft ride. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable!

Definitely Would Go Again

The BNB host was fantastic about their directions on where to go and how to get i side through the gate and such. Clear, precise directions. The apartment was also just as the Host explained.

Great location, great host

Kwan was so helpful and quick to respond. The property is a great location to the beach and red line. We traveled with a teenager and toddler and both enjoyed their stay as much as we did! The property was clean. The kitchen is nicely labeled. Plenty of towels, great water pressure, very clean, comfortable and easy to feel like home away from home!

What a find!

This property was just about perfect in every way. The location was great, the condo was spotless, and we had everything we needed. We all commented that we wished we were there for a whole week and not just a weekend. The host also was very accommodating for slightly adjusted check-in and check-out times. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to visit family

This was a perfect apartment for me and my 2 adult children to visit my daughter and grandson who live close by. Spacious, comfortable, bright, and extremely clean, this property was ideal for us. Had everything we needed, well supplied. Parking space located directly in back made everything so much easier. Beds were large and comfy. Bathrooms very nice and modern. Highly recommend!

Incredible Value

The property was very clean and 30 minutes from downtown and all of the major attractions in town. I drive a huge vehicle so be ready to navigate tight quarters for parking in the rear. Overall better than expected.

Chicago still #1!!

Easy to find, great location next to the L so easy to get around while leaving our car parked for free at the Vrbo. Very well kept property in Rogers Park neighborhood. Good restraints and entertainment nearby. Easy walk to dining and coffee shop. Good communication with owner who gave prompt replies. Clean and well stocked. Already recommended this place to friends planning to visit!

Terrific Property

This property is exactly as advertised. It’s comfortable, quiet, safe and clean, and comes with plenty of amenities. It is also conveniently located next to the Jarvis L stop on the red line so the rest of Chicago is very accessible. Kwan was so easy to work with and even accommodated an early arrival, which was definitely appreciated!! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location for all of our needs

Stayed here for Northwestern graduation. We had a car (free parking spot), so we could easily get to campus and to Chicago. It’s right on the train line too, so it’s a good location. There was plenty of room for us with a big kitchen and living room and sizable bedrooms with comfortable beds! Kwan thought of everything from towels and shampoo to laundry detergent and every spice you could think of. There’s a great coffee shop around the corner, and the lake is down the street. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, great apartment

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment - it made for easy drive to Northwestern University and Loyola University - those visits were the purpose of this trip with my daughter. There is a cute coffee shop (Charmers) around the corner as well as a couple restaurants - nice to have in such close walking proximity! There is also a Divvy bike share rack at this corner! PROS: Very clean; well supplied; nice appliances; comfortable layout; off street parking spot; felt very safe. CONS: Nearby elevated rail station - noise was sometimes noticeable in the morning from the bedroom closest to the back of the apartment - not super loud, but some trains seemed louder than others. Overall, really enjoyed the property and would stay again if needing to be in this area of Chicago.

New Year in Chicago

So many good things about this place! 1. The furniture is really comfortable - couches, dining room chairs, beds! 2. The parking space in the back of the building is a lifesaver. 3. About 2 blocks from a CTA el stop. 4. 2 bathrooms! The second is small, but had a shower stall and all the necessities. 5. Kitchen had everything you need and all the cabinets and drawers are labeled so you know where everything is. The only drawback was the soundproofing from the unit upstairs - you could hear footsteps and some noise. Not much the owner can do about that, just an FYI if that bothers you. Really enjoyed our stay!
