Was a very nice stay. The rooms were very nice and liked that was access to tv to keep kids entertained. Also the backyard was a nice touch. Would have like some seasonings in the kitchen but overall enjoyed our stay. Host and customer service was very good.

The place worked perfectly for our family. the downstairs bedroom and bath allowed our son and his spouse to have some privacy. The big dining table was great for gathering together for meals and games. It's 5-10 minutes to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Home very clean the pictures doesn't do this home any justice very peaceful neighborhood We traveled from Greenville NC and was not disappointed We helped our daughter move into her dorm at Johnson & Wales University which is literally down the road that was the second best part the first was the home itself we Will definitely rent Steven home again I hope it will be available Coming back soon

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.

The home was impeccable when we walked in & can’t say enough about how great the patio/back yard was…we were out there every night & morning :) The home could use a couple more pieces of furniture (especially nightstands) & some decor to make it a little more “homey.” Plenty of hot water for our family of 7; it does get hot quickly. Most importantly, Steven was quick to answer any questions we had & even let us stay an extra 30min. He made my in-laws first VRBO stay a great one :)

Private, quiet, and spacious with great outside spaces. The two bathrooms on separate levels provided plenty of room for five of us to get ready without a line for bathrooms! Easy kitchen to whip up a quick snack. This property is enough removed from the city to be able to unwind yet close enough to quickly get to the venues and Providence amenities. Walkable to Starbucks and Dunks for early morning caffeine.

Great Providence Location

We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. Home was spacious and very clean. Enjoyed walking in neighborhood. Home felt secluded in the midst of the city. Very comfortable.

Great Family Stay

I stayed here with my parents, fiancé, sister, sister-in-law, and two chihuahuas when we all traveled from different states to attend a family wedding. We had more than enough room and really enjoyed sitting out on the deck for breakfast in the mornings! The backyard is beautiful and was perfect for our dogs. There is also a nice park right nearby where my fiancé went running each morning. We will absolutely stay here again if in the area!

We had a amazing time staying at this beautiful house. Very clean and well maintained. We were there for my daughter's graduation with 8 people staying comfortably in the house. We would definitely come back.

Long weekend

This property was perfect for my family. We spent 4 nights and enjoyed ourselves very much. The property is conveniently located with easy access to shopping, colleges, and the New England Sports Village. Thank you!

Great house and great host

Really was the perfect house four bedrooms, two baths spacious, beautiful deck. The host was very responsive with any questions or emails. Definitely would stay there again.

Great spacious house

There were two families staying at this location and there was more then enough space. The communication was excellent before and during the stay with the owner. The house was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes etc. 4 full bedrooms, 3 upstairs and one down. 2 full bathrooms. This house is on a dead end private road with 3 or so other houses. Very clean with great deck space. Only thing I was not to happy about was there were no window coverings on the kitchen windows or sliding glass doors. Other then that, great place to stay.

Updated House

We found the house to be clean and updated. It seems to be a new rental and therefore doesn’t have much in the way of baking/mixing containers. Owner/property manager was a great communicator and would answer my questions or respond quickly to my messages.

Great Little-Big house

Great property with 4 beds, 2 baths and several pretty deck spaces. We came as a multi-generation family, enjoyed the spaces and appreciated how central we were to Boston, Plymouth, Narangansett and Newport. (We made it all over!) Cons: air-conditioning is in the windows and the house echos a bit if you have sensitive sleepers. One TV in the main living space. This is a VRBO, so yup, you need to bring specific family things. But coffee filters and some general things like baggies and most standard kitchen equipment is available. Pros: about everything else! Laundry is so handy, great machines, beds are super comfortable and sheets are clean and refreshing with extra sets if you need. Rooms are sizable, so if you need a pack and play it is very easy to accommodate.

Nice place but a few things could be better

The house was nice and clean except for a few things. The house smelled a little musty possibly due to the recent wet hot weather. A dehumidifier might have helped. A few old smelly sponges were left in a holder under the sink. The outdoor trash can that was near the deck had very old very smelly garbage that could be smelled from the deck. We moved the cans away from the house and all was fine.

Nice, and clean

The house was clean and in a convenient location. 4 bedrooms are totally enough for my group. However, the dishwasher hasn’t totally screwed on the countertop yet. One thing I would recommend is to add more plates and bowls. Thanks.

Would stay again…

I believe this is a new rental and explains the lack of common items that might normally be available to guests. We left our coffee filters and storage bags behind to help with this a little. The house is nice and clean. Coffee pot needs to be replaced and dishwasher needs to be secured in place. Listing could use a bit more information regarding items available in the kitchen since the pictures don’t show them. Steven was easy to get a response from when we had questions. Overall, nice place.

Clean quiet comfort

Home has been very well remodeled. Very spacious and in a quiet compound off semi busy street. A couple glitches during stay but contact very quick to respond. Do recommend more photos of property interior as bi-level home with several 7-8 step staircases to navigate. Also amenities list ac but large attic fan only, no ac compressor noted. Please correct me if I have erred.
