Welcome to The Red Pearl! This whimsical cedar cottage is just a short walk to miles of sandy beach. Located on the Long Beach Peninsula, just minutes drive to Loomis Lake and many other outdoor activities. The two bedroom cottage sleeps six comfortably. Perfect for entertaining with a large outdoor patio, fire pit, and barbecue grill. Quick drive to downtown Long Beach for shopping, dining, and the Discovery Trailhead. We wish you a happy and memorable stay at The Red Pearl!

My messages were replied to so quickly, which made it so easy to plan ahead. The house was spotless, and had the cutest decor. You can tell a lot of love went into decorating this place, and they are through with the upkeep. We will definitely be staying here again

Great place with a short walk on a private path to the beach, the house was great, well stocked and comfortable. The host was perfect, easy going, helpful and friendly, no list of 50 rules and things to do while there, simple and easy. Love the town, it was nice to be so close to the beach but a little drive to the house so it was quite and peaceful. Would stay there again.

Such a lovely and cozy little cabin. The hosts went out of their way to make us comfortable and with some special needs as well. The cabin is well stocked with all of the comforts of home. Really enjoyed the beach walk as well as a sweet little black kitty that visited us on our last night as we had a fire. Will definitely be back… I was actually sad to leave…

Very clean, small and cozy. Close to the beach. The only thing that would of been nice, its a fenced yard for the dogs. Other than that, no complaints.

We had a nice time at this well appointed and fun beach cabin. It is thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable. The trail to the beach is absolutely lovely and of course the beach cannot be beat!

nice "A" frame cabin, close to the highway and a short walk to the beach, the walk to the beach offers numerous oportunities to see wildlife. Kitchen if fully furnished, the refrigerator is good sized. Great place to stay

Lovely stay! Very comfortable beds, lots of amenities, nice quiet, walk to the beach, but close enough to town to enjoy dinner, desserts, and ice cream. Very much appreciated the list of restaurants to visit. Would definitely stay here again!

It is a nice house, close enough to town and to the beach. There is some traffic noise but we got used to it on the second day. The host is very responsive.

Cozy, but noisy cabin

Decent little cabin. Super super noisy. Feet from the highway. Sounds like cars driving through your bed room. Even though they have a Keurig coffee maker, there was no coffee. For the price you would think they would have coffee.

Adorable Cabin

This property had a smart layout that made it feel roomy for the size. Even with five adults, we didn't feel cramped. Very nicely updated while maintaining its original cabin charm. Well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout. The bed was comfy. Beautiful deck and a short walk to the beach. The only drawback is that it was close to the highway. Despite the proximity to the highway, it was surprisingly quiet at night.

Traffic noise is impossible to ignore

This property is right on the highway and quite noisy. The hosts have put two noise machines inside, which mitigate the noise somewhat. But it is still not relaxing.

While the property is located near a main road, we do our best to minimize any disruptions by providing ear plugs, white noise machines in each room, and noise-reducing drapes for added comfort. We made several attempts to reach you during your stay to address any concerns but unfortunately did not receive a response. Spring break short getaway

Seamless experience start to finish. Owners have created a very aesthetically pleasing and comfy cabin. Beautifully renovated with quality furniture, sheets, blankets etc. kitchen is well equipped, there’s nice games and card decks for entertainment. Cool vintage vibe with decor and a enjoyable walk to beach. Wish it was back a ways from the highway. Fully fenced would be a nice improvement, for people bringing dogs. All in all, it’s great and we would totally stay again!

End of summer beach getaway

The cabin was very quaint and many eclectic details inside the property. We enjoyed our time each evening on the large deck to watch the sunset. Even though the kitchen was very small it was fine for our use. The place had lots of light from the many windows. There is no a/c so it would get hot, but we brought our own standing fan that really helped. The location is great except for the close street sounds but earplugs did help..I still would recommend as we still had an excellent time!

Family get together at Long Beach

The property, "The Red Pearl," has been beautifully remodeled and is warm and cozy. Nice front deck and firepit area, easy access parking, and mere minutes to restaurants, etc...even Astoria, Oregon is less than 40 minutes away. The beach access trail is easy to use, and this section of Long Beach is HUGE and with literally zero people on it for 2 of our 4 days there for miles in either direction. Owner was quite amenable to some special needs requests we had, and was very easy to work with. The only downside for us was that it is right next to the main road for Long Beach peninsula at large, so if you arte early to bed there is some road noise into the night vis a vis sleeping. (No AC so we needed to keep the windows open-- Upstairs BR has a fan, but not the smaller downstairs BR. All in all, I highly recommend The Red Pearl as money well-spent
