We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. The house is nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a weekend trip. We loved all of the board game options. The location is in a quiet neighborhood between Midtown and East Memphis, which are the two main areas we spent time in so it was a perfect location.

Lovely stay near UM. We were rained in for days so having a cozy space was so appreciated! Lots of games, comfortable spaces, good location mid-city and easy check in and out. Thanks so much for being great hosts.

Host allowed us to check in early which is super helpful! It’s an established home that is very well kept and clean. Love that it is in a very nice area that we feel safe in. House is stocked with everything you need. This was our second time booking here and as long as it’s available when we make the trip, this will be our go to.

Excellent property in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Memphis.The fenced yard was ideal for my ada compliant service dog giving him a bit of room to run free. The house was very clean ( great job done by cleaning staff)Stephne was an exceptional communicator which was very helpful.

Great location

What a lovely house to have as a home base during our trip to Memphis! It is conveniently located on a quiet block in a safe, centrally-located part of the city. The house was comfortable and clean, and it provided us with a quiet place to rest during our trip to visit family. We had some issues with the key pad when we first got there, but Stephne was very communicative and helped resolve the issue right away. I would definitely stay there again!

Will Be Coming Back, Withour a Doubt!

This house met, exceeded, and then blew my expectations out of the water. This house truly felt like home. My family fell in love with this place! The house is absolutely amazing. It is so charming and so cozy, it would be near impossible to not feel at ease. In fact - while there, we considered booking again for the week of Christmas and starting a tradition of traveling for Christmas. Sadly, it was not available :(Seriously, I just cannot say enough. This place was great, the host was so kind and communicative, and it truly was exactly what we needed.

Spring Stay

The host made everything very simple and had everything available that was needed. The pack n play was very helpful during bedtime for our 1 year old, and was one less thing for us to cram into the car with 2 other kids. The house was clean and comfortable. It is very close to the Children's Museum of Memphis, which was a hit!

It was a Match

Our son is graduating from Medical school and he what they call a “Match” ceremony, that we attended, to see where he will do his residency. The stay was great since it was close to our event.

Great place in Memphis

Older house in a safe (one of our concerns) quiet neighborhood. Nicely updated and really felt like home. Worked great for me, my wife and our dog during our three night stay. Comfortable bed, big fenced yard, shopping and dining within a mile of house, and within 15-20 minute drive to all the tourist spots in Memphis. One of the better VRBO homes we've rented and we really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Charming pet friendly house

I love this charming home away from home. My family and I stay here often while visiting my daughter who attends the University of Memphis. It has such a cozy feel and since it was built in the 1940 it is full of quirky character. I love the backyard and quiet street. I feel very safe whenever I stay here. Another favorite is I can walk to Brother Juniper's for breakfast.

This home is located in a quaint neighborhood on a quiet street but it is still close to all the attractions and action. You can do all the things that make Memphis great and then retreat home for some peace and quiet.
