Located in a historic former sail loft, this thoughtfully updated space features exposed wooden beams, original nautical details, and a boutique hotel feel.
The skylights can be fully opened, filling the space with fresh sea air and natural light, while two comfortable queen beds provide plenty of room to relax. Step outside, and you’re just moments from Rockport’s best beaches, shops, galleries, and award-winning seafood restaurants. Whether you're sipping coffee while taking in the ocean view or unwinding after a day by the water, The Crow’s Nest is a truly one-of-a-kind coastal escape.


The apartment is set up as a studio style with a kitchenette (no range). Guests are forewarned, access to the unit requires navigating up multiple flights of stairs which in areas are narrow and there is no kitchen.

There are 2 queen beds, a full bath, a breakfast bar with 3 seats, a living room area with a couch and arm chair. 7 Skylights and french doors allow air to flow making you feel like you are out on the water!
The kitchenette is minimal.

Kitchenette: its minimal. There is a microwave, a coffee maker, a smaller refridgerator/freezer, and sink. Its not made for cooking, but warming up meals or enjoying some hour de vous before dining on the town. Pull up a chair and enjoy your incredible views of white wharf's iconic harbor.


Bearskin Neck is truly a wonderful place. Shops, galleries, restaurants, and a short walk to beaches. Once you park your car, you won't want to leave. Everything is steps away!
