Our home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood blocks from the Ohio River. A short walk to historic Ludlow's bars, restaurants, park, gourmet deli/wine shop. 5 minutes to grocery store.
Nearby are bike and hiking trails.
Creation Museum and Ark Encounter are a short drive.
Master on 1st floor. Upstairs loft-queen (2) twins
Enclosed sunroom over looking a private yard
Off street parking.
Area basements are musty. Dehumidifier operating
Absolutely no parties. External cameras to monitor.

Jack and Alma's Place

The quaint little bungalow has all the amenities of home. The owners have thought of everything for your convenience, including information about surrounding restaurants and local attractions. The house is very comfortable and the neighborhood is so quiet. You will not be disappointed.

A Lovely Well-Appointed Getaway Cottage

We had a lovely time at Jack and Alma's VRBO! We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. It is extremely convenient to Cincinnati.

Family Christmas Visit

We had a great time visiting with our KY family. The property was perfect we enjoyed the nice town of Ludlow and explored some of the town. Great coffee shop and nice playground for the kids all within walking distance. Cincinnati is very easy to get to and we enjoyed a visit to Krohn Conservatory. Conservatory

Great Cincy getaway!

We had a great stay here! The bungalow was just as listed. Everything was WELL stocked (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher liquid, towels, coffee, tea, etc). My boys (10 and 4) loved sleeping in the loft area! The bathroom was small with not much counter space, not an issue for us but just something to be aware. Within a 20 min drive for all the major Cincinnati attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Trip with grandboys.

The house was perfect for Grandma and Aunt to take three grandboys (ages 4-10) to spend 3 days in Cincinnati seeing the Ark Encounter, the Zoo, and EnterTrainment. We appreciated the park nearby, and the location near some restaurants, although the closest ones were more for adults. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood seemed friendly and safe.

Nicely appointed older home

We were in Kentucky to visit the Ark and the Creation museum. It was positioned well between the two, 20 min to the CM and 40 min to the Ark. We were easily able to catch a Reds game which was only 15 mins away! This location appears recently renovated and is a well appointed older home. My 4 boys, under the age of 8, made sure that there was never a quiet moment between the stairs and the loft. At night the loft was a bit difficult to cool down but by placing the small fan in the opened loft window it eventually did cool down. Overall, they had coffee available for their Kuerig and other necessities that made cooking breakfast easy! I think it would be a perfect place for 3 or 4! We genuinely enjoyed our stay amd would stay again!

Great Family Stay

Pros: Nice neighborhood that was quiet and felt safe. The check-in process was quick and easy. It's an old house, but well maintained and updated. The loft is a separate area with full walls and a door. Our children thought it was great fun to sleep up there. It is notably warmer in the loft, but once we turned on the A/C it helped it cool down. The beds are very comfortable. The back porch sitting area is nice and I like that the back yard is fenced in. There were extra trash bags, tissues, and toilet paper. There were plenty of towels. The bathroom is very small so definitely only one person can use it at a time and there isn't any counter space to keep your things in there. It was plenty spacious for our family of 5 (kids were 3.5, 6, and 7.5). We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. We felt it was quick to get everywhere we wanted to go (downtown Cincy, Riverfront, and Newport, KY). We did not use the kitchen, but did enjoy a cup of the provided coffee. Note that there is only 1 bathroom and it is on the first floor. Anyone sleeping in the loft will need to come downstairs to use the restroom. We would stay here again!
