Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación, ubicación y precisión del anuncio
First off, the communication and how accommodating our host was, 5 stars! I always had a person to talk to during business hours. Part of our group arrived a day early, which a quick call to our host and they allowed me to purchase an extra day immediately, allowing them to enter the property that day! Fantastic support on their part! The unit was immaculate and the staff at the property was very friendly and helpful. The pool was huge and my whole family loved the design. One thing to keep in mind, this property was HUGE, one of the larger complexes I've ever stayed in, along with the size and design of the pool it attracts more families with kids. The attached garage was nice but very tight, so if you're driving a truck or large suv you're going to have to take it very slow and careful. The location of the property was a huge plus, many restaurants and stores were within a few minutes walking distance, we only took the car out a few times during our stay as the beach was our main reason for coming. Now the only negative my group had from the trip(which this is completely out of the host's control! They're fantastic to work with and this is just a heads up for groups like us with no kids) is being from illinois we're unaware of a "fall break". We purposely vacation during months that are thought to have less crowds(i.e. october/september), during the first 2 weeks of october the beach is packed! Similar to the summer months, so plan accordingly.
