Our cabin is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin on two levels - with more than adequate parking!

* Main Level features the living room, dining room, kitchen as well as master king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Additional sleeping is available via a sleeper sofa in the living room.

* Lower Level has the game room with additional sleeping on a futon and laundry.

The location is perfectly place within 10min distance to most things such as Townsend restaurants and shops. We went to Cades Cove about 50 min drive away and it was worth it. Will be returning when the bears are no longer hibernating. Was a blast playing pool downstairs. Minor repairs needed at house but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our stay. Hope to return in the fall.

Our Host was exceptional. He gave us the information we needed quickly and precisely. Very impressive!The Cabin was very well furnished, very clean and had everything we needed for 4 people and 2 dogs. All the amenities were in place. We grilled, cooked, used the Hot Tub, played Pool and had lots of fun. The cabin is super easy to drive to. No steep hills or narrow roads. (Idea for seniors). Large yard, fenced in area in back, very private area. And Townsend is a 15-20 minute away. We love to eat at the Dancing Bear. Grocery shopping is close at the IGA. Cabin in the Valley is a Winner!!! We will stay there again next year.

Amazing stay! Perfect house for us and our dogs. Fenced back yard was a huge plus! Location was great, Wear’s Valley we will be back! Close enough to all of the major area - PF, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, GSMNP, but far enough away for quiet nights and mornings. 110% recommend and will be staying again!

We cannot say enough good things about our host. There was a hiccup at the beginning and he was so kind and went above and beyond to fix the problem. They really care about their guests and it shows. The cabin is super cute and we enjoyed time around the fire pit as well as playing pool. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good working order. Definitely would come here again.

Pet friendly, our pups Mookie and Mollie loved the backyard. They loved playing fetch and running around in the leaves! Great location to Smokies, Dollywood, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. We had a great family trip. Would stay here again!

We absolutely loved this home and it’s location is perfect spoke to bob only for a minute what a very nice man no problems or issues my wife already said that’s the only place she wants to stay from now on we will be back soon

Great place and owners

Owners made everything very easy and very responsive to questions! We had a truck and trailer for our three Harley’s and it worked out perfectly to back in and still have space! Clean cabin, huge TVs in all rooms, nice kitchen appliances and great hot tub!

We really enjoyed our time at the Family Memories cabin! The views were beautiful, the lovely little spot of Wears Valley was also nice to be in a more quaint spot, but with Pigeon Forge a short drive away full of things to do. There were just a couple things that we'd recommend to be fixed including both bathroom doors that do not lock which limits privacy while traveling with children. The front door locked but was very loose and we could not get the TV in the basement to work which would have been nice to turn on a baseball game or something while playing pool. Aside from those minor things, we found the kitchen well stocked for preparing the food, the hot tub was nice and worked well, plenty of towels/linens in the cabin, washer and dryer worked well, AC was nice during our very hot stay, the community pool was busy but refreshing, we enjoyed the pool table during periods of rain! We also loved the local food truck park and the Foothills Parkway drive for a less busy way to get amazing views of the smokeys! Would recommend this place to friends & family and perhaps we'll be back someday!

Wonderful place, convenient location

This home is beautiful, the hosts were very nice, and you couldn't ask for a better place in a quiet Cades Cove and Pigeon Forge are close by.

Wonderful experience!

The cabin is cute, cozy and has a wonderful view. We loved spending time there as a family, especially enjoying the hot tub and fire pit. Our dog was with us and the fenced-yard was so convenient! We would love to come and stay again; it was the perfect way to enjoy Wears Valley.

Beautiful home with amazing views!

My name is Donn Tisch, but everyone calls me Bob! Funny I know, but my father and I have the same first name, and Bob just stuck with me. My wife Virginia and I run a small landscaping company in South Dakota and in the winter months fix/remodel our cabins here in the Smokies!

Family Memories Cabin is located right in Wears Valley. We really enjoy Wears Valley because its ow little slice of Heaven. Its always so neat coming up 321 and having the Valley open up into the beautiful setting. The cabin is just a seconds from the community in ground swimming pool and pond where we have already paid for your admittance. We hope you enjoy the cabin as much as we do. We are only an email or phone call away if you every need anything or have any concerns.
