Three bedrooms total; additional day bed available in living area. Master Bedroom with King bed and ensuite full bathroom. Second full bathroom in hallway. Nice fenced-in backyard. This was a great weekend stay for the family! Everyone had a cozy sleep spot whether it was in a bed or one of the sofas. The interior was clean and tidy and perfect for our purposes! I really like the ample seating in the living room!

The host was very friendly. The neighborhood was quiet. Conveniently located close enough to Padre Island to get to the beach in short time but far enough away to avoid the crazy traffic.

What a gem! The house is well laid and and was quite comfortable for us (5 adults). The beds were super comfy and the blackout curtains were very appreciated. We thought we would be up by 7:00 am but we all slept in till 9:00! Nice, quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and had enough supplies to last us the weekend. We'll be back!

Nice stay

Overall we were very pleased with the stay. The house was clean, roomy and comfortable. The welcoming snack basket was a nice touch! There were a few suggestions that we had: change fan remote batteries, provide a washer/dryer for clean towels, a broom with dust pan for everyday clean-up and respond to messages.

Thank you for your review and suggestions. Extra batteries for the fan remotes have been ordered and will be stored on property. There is a small hand broom and dust bin in the kitchen under the sink. Fresh towels are provided at check-in, there is a set of extra towels in the bedroom closet. I am not sure how the messages got missed, I did communicate through the VRBO message system but unfortunately did not receive any guest messages.

Estate Sale

The property was in a perfect location for our trip. We were in town for a family Estate Sale. The property was very clean and the inside was updated. Our overall experience was great. I think I would put a small table and chairs on the back patio and small grill. Overall our experience was great and the property manager was excellent.
